Be aware of this company especially the owner Eddie. Eddie is not an honest guy. The staff is ok. I dealt with Arron the sales rep and he was great. However he is no longer with the company. He was the only trying to help me. Eddie has an excuse for everything. When I signed the contract Eddie promised me production would not be an issue. He even went on to tell me my system would produce 10% more in the early years. I needed a system that could produce 14,000kw. In March of 2016 I purchased a system that was to produce 13,800kw in the 1st year. After a few months I called and told them that the system was under producing and that it didn't look like I would produce 13800kw. They told me I needed to wait an 12 months from the installation date to see the total production. I waited and at 12 months the system produced 10,000kw. So after many emails and Arron the sales rep supporting me they came out an rearranged some panels and added 4 additional panels. These panels were not the same make and model that i had originally purchased. Eddies excuse for the shortage on production was I had a wired roof and there were some shaded areas that they didn't account for. However this is the same roof that they came out and inspected before they installed the panels. Regardless I was short by 3500kw in year one. This caused me to owe SCE alit of $$$$. They did not give me any compensation for this. Then in the second year I was short around 1,000 kw. The second year anniversary was just this week March 2018. So I reached out to Eddie to see what we could do about being short by 1000 kw. Eddie told me this is normal wear and tear. That the panels are producing less each year because they are aging. I understand they will produce less but you can not say in two years I should be short by 1000kw due to aging. As of today Eddie will not reply to any of my emails nor answer any of my phone calls. So beware.
