Jeff's team arrived promptly, they removed all window blinds, cleaned interior of all windows, installed window film, and re installed all window blinds. The also moved some furniture to provide better access to the windows and returned the furniture to its original position. In the ceiling there is a recessed light about 20' high. I asked one of Jeff's team members to replace the light bulb as they were working on an adjacent window. The team member gladly provided the extra assistance at no charge. I rescheduled the work three times and each time Jeff was happy to accommodate my changing schedule. When his team arrived I made a last minute change to some of the window film being used. Jeff's team seamlessly incorporated my requested change. Its only been a few days and we have already seen the benefit of adding the window film. The house is cooler and we are running our air conditioners less. When we do turn on the AC it runs for a shorter period of time and the time between when it kicks on again is longer. We are very happy with their service, products, professionalism, cooperation, and flexibility. In short they were excellent from start to finish!
