I had called, when I bought my house three years ago they had termited it, done the tenting. And I called the company that did it originally back each year to check it and make sure it was fine. And after the guarantee of the fourth year, I tried to call them and they had gone out of business, so I started calling Western and Terminex and ask them to come and see if I had any problems with termites coming back. They all came and looked at it and said "Yep, you should re-tent it", and I said I thought after you tent it you don't have to do it for a couple of years and it's only been three years, and they said "Nope, you should do it" Then, I called De Anza, and they said "You know what, before we re-tent it, we want to just put out some powder, and then we are going to look and see if we have new termites of if those might have been old termites from when they did it and they didn't clean up properly." And they did! And I ended up only having to pay $125. He said "Termites are tricky and they, we can do it tomorrow and have them come back the next day, but usually they don't do any damage for several years, and since you did pay that much money" (or they paid it when we moved in here) He said "I don't think you do it again now, and I'm going to come every six months now and I'll check it, he didn't charge me anything. I did get him through my real estate agent and maybe that was why he didn't charge anything, I am sure he usually does. All he did was charge me the $125 to do the powder and he came back and said "I don't want to do anything now, I want to wait". I also had them come out to my house and exterminated for ants. I really felt like they didn't try to make money off me, they just tried to do what had to be done and said, "You know we can always check it again in six months, before you go ahead and just lay down $5000 again".

They were very professional, they explained everything and went over everything that they were doing. They were able to come out when I was avaliable. The office staff was fantastic in answering my questions.

They did a good job, and their treatment has been effective. They did so well that I continue to use them.

They're professional and they come out when they're supposed to. Sometimes I don't think they do as good a job. It depends on who comes out. Last time I still had spiders and all kinds of stuff in my yard and I'm not supposed to.

The last job DeAnza performed for us was ant control. They arrived exactly on schedule and did the work required. The fee is very reasonable for not having ants overrunning my home for the next 6-10 months. Yahoo!

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID THE JOB WITH MINIMUM INCONVENIENCE TO ME. I WILL CALL THEM AND RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE.
