DO NOT return phone calls or emails But he expects you to pay the money up front before completing his job on site. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or his work............ GOOD LUCK, if you decide to use him...........

+ -1 moreI do not recommend any of Angie's users using this company. I feel very ripped off. I am planning to report them to the better business bureau and go try to get my money back in small claims court. These guys appear to be running a bait and switch scheme where they promise a lower price and try to get you on the hook for a larger bill. They had absolutely no issues taking a check from my wife for $175 for 2 minutes of work that did nothing to fix my problem. It was literally 2 minutes of putting up a ladder, pushing the cap and saying it was fixed. If anyone has any questions about this, please feel free to contact me. Thanks.
Description of Work: Paid these guys to come out and fix a hanging sprinkler cap in my ceiling. The cap was hanging from the ceiling and it would not stay "up" and flushed to the ceiling. They said they have a minimum service charge of $175 which I assumed would cover the repair. We agreed on a price of $175 plus a $20 for a new sprinkler cap (if necessary). They came, spent literally 2 minutes pushing the cap back inand asked for $195. My wife (I was at work) said it should be only $175 since they didn't replace the cap and the worker called the office and confirmed. Within one hour, the cap popped back out and they asked for another $75 to come and fix it "properly". They said that they normally charge $275 but wanted to give me a break over the phone. This was the first time they ever mentioned anything about a "break" in price or that they normally charge $275. They offered me another "break" for $50 instead of $75 if I opened the drywall myself. I asked them to come out and really fix it for the $175 that I spent already or give me a refund. They would do neither. I feel very ripped off

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic. The contractor, the architect and I had an oversight, but the city did not miss it. They made us put in a fire sprinkler system three months after it should have gone in. Craig’s Fire came out and worked extra hard because we were three months further along than we should have been, and they just made it happen. They told us that any space that is more than 24 sq. ft. needed a fire sprinkler head, and they worked with us on that. They were amazing, and I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I used Craig’s Fire Protection to install a fire sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreHe is very good, professional and shows up on time. He is willing to negotiate the contract and make things happens. One thing that was really irritating was that he set me back for probably three weeks because his guys were gone. I paid him punctually and expected him to come back and put the caps on my ceilings, but I have never heard from him. One of the sprinklers is leaking, but I haven?t heard back from him. He agreed to complete it. The guys were clean.
Description of Work: Craig’s Fire Protection put the fire extinguisher into the existing and into the new structure in February.

+ -1 moreIt is going pretty well. We booked them in February but then unfortunately had several delays in construction. In the beginning they were very efficient and responsive. During our construction delays, they moved their company to Pomona. Since the move, they have been less responsive as we are in Burbank and not very convenient for them. We expect the work to be completed in the next couple of weeks and so far they have been fine. They were recommended to us by another friend who had work done and were very pleased with the completed job.
Description of Work: The city requires us to install fire sprinklers on our addition. Craig Fire Protection is in the process of doing so. The price listed above is for their work only but be aware that additional electrical and plumbing work is needed to prepare for fire sprinkler - we have spent an additional $1500 to comply with needs.
