Description of Work: Approved Air replaced our aging furnace and HVAC unit. They were very easy to work with and the final product was extremely well done, very clean and professional. The quality of their work was exceptional and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Description of Work: Mike Gentry, the owner, came to diagnose a problem I was having with my AC-Heater system, which he had installed. He quickly spotted the problem, which was minor, repaired it and did a tune up of the system while he was here.I have always found him to be friendly, extremely knowledgeable,professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Description of Work: Mike Gentry provided detailed cost and product information with his bid to entirely replace my HVAC system that had failed. After receiving bids from several highly regarded Angie's list contractors, I decided to accept Mike's bid....it was competitive and Mike convinced me based on his experience and knowledge that he would provided me a qualityinstallation. Mike and his son installed a new Trane system furnace and air conditioner, and redesigned the duct work to better satisfy my room needs. He removed all of the existing system, including old duct work in a very neat and professional manner. Working under difficult conditions in a tight attic, I never heard any complaints and his installation of the new system was done very professionaly, passed all of the necessary tests with flying colors and the inspector even praised his workmanship. I would heartly recommend Mike and his firm.

Description of Work: on their site they have listed working on Saturdays up to 7:00 PM. We have issue with our AC so I called and spoke to a young lady. She collected all of my info and she said,"yes we do work today and someone will be contacting you and most probably will be visiting you". No one called us, I called on Monday at 8:15 AM. Another person answered the call, and apologized and took my info and told me someone will contacting me. I received a call from owner Mike, said he was working on Saturday and he is too busy and can't take another job. I understand he runs a small business and can't handle the new job, but he need to inform his operators and most importantly he could have returned my Saturday's call and tell me then.

Description of Work: Mike was great in assessing the problem with my furnace. His explanation was clear and easy to understand. I definitely will ask for Mike Gentry, Approved Air for all future furnace and A/C needs.

Description of Work: Outstanding service. Originally called to get a 35 year old furnace repaired. Analyzed problem and quoted both the repair of the old and replacement with a new. I called a few other vendors and got some quick quotes to validate the pricing. The price was fair and included installation and setup. Mike and his son were able to install the same day and remove the old unit. The cleaned up on the way in and out. Thanks Mike!

Description of Work: Mike arrived exactly when he was supposed to and did his job professionally. This is a routine furnace and AC inspection. He pointed out things that needed to be done but applied no pressure to do them now. He topped off the Freon in the AC and installed two air filters. At all times he was professional and helpful.
