+ -1 moreI called to schedule an appointment and the phone was answered right away. I like that I didn't have to leave a message for a return call. I was able to schedule an appointment for a free inspection. Adam arrived on time for our appointment. He was very nice, very professional and easy to talk to. He walked around the outside of the house as well as the inside, and explained what he found as he went. He explained the different types of termites and told us which one we had. He was able to tell us how much it would cost right away. The price was very reasonable. The company followed up with an email giving me a printed description of what was found during the inspection and a diagram of my home. I am very happy I found this company on Angie's list and highly recommend them to others. I haven't scheduled an appointment yet because I'm still renovating some things first. But, I definitely will soon.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the work Cal Oaks Termite did for me on my two homes. Repairs were done carefully using the correct materials. I had heard from others that some companies use a less expensive filler material that is easier to use but doesn't hold up. They arrived promptly at time they said they would be there, and area worked on was fully cleaned up each day. The price charged was very reasonable and same as on original estimate. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
Description of Work: First used them for Huntington Beach home that they completed August 24, 2009. They inspected home and showed me on diagram and home where damage was and gave me a written estimate. They found termites inside and outside this home. They tented house for full fumigation of drywood termites, and treated subterranean termites with chemical specific for this type termite. After tent was taken off, they removed and replaced heavily damaged wood & repaired minor damage to eaves and fascia board with an epoxy material and resealed drilled garage floor hole that they drilled, to put in material to kill subterranean termites, with new cement. The inspection and work on this home was $3,975. I next used them to inspect a home on September 1, 2009 that I was purchasing in Wildomar. They found no termites or termite damage at this home. The inspection fee was $75. It was a bank owned repo home, and bank didn’t cover inspection fee, but I wanted to know if there was any damage before I closed escrow and knew they were very trustworthy and fair.
