+ -1 moreMy dryer stopped working on a Monday evening. I called Assured Appliance Repair the next morning and they were able to schedule a service by Wednesday morning. Curtis arrived within the stated 4 hour window and diagnosed within a couple of minutes that the timer knob was broken (I was a little embarrassed that I didn't figure that out myself!). He said that he'd be happy to order the part and come back to install it, but also let me know that I could purchase and install the knob myself, which would save me time and money. Of course, I went with the latter option, but he went ahead and called a local parts dealer with the information they needed to locate the part. They were ready for me when I came in to order the part. I had spoken with Nick at Assured Appliance, who was very nice. Curtis was the repair tech and he was very professional, friendly and helpful. I couldn't be a happier with Assured Appliance Repair and would definitely use this company again!!
Description of Work: The initial service call was to check my dryer, which wasn't working at all, and to give a diagnosis. Curtis did this within 5 minutes and then discussed with me a couple of options, which ended up saving me money.

He was very thorough, inspecting to make sure that the issue did not repeat itself. He explained how to avoid the problem in the future. He was very pleasant and made sure that I had no other questions about the repair or the service. I would definitely use this company if I need future repairs an any of my appliances.
