Found two sources of leaks in an upstairs bathroom. Required demolition of existing flooring and tub tile.

I can't say enough nice things about SOD. From the estimate, to helping me select materials and fixtures, to the professionalism of every person that came to the house -- every aspect was the best you could hope for in a remodeling project. Certainly bumps occur, as with any project, but I felt that they handled everything well and to my satisfaction. The quality of the work is impeccable and even an outside vendor that came to measure for the shower door glass commented on the quality of the work. I highly recommend SOD and will definitely call them when I'm ready to renovate my kitchen!

SOD?s verbal estimate for the project?s duration was two (2) weeks (Aug. 15 to Aug. 29, 2012). The Contract says 8/13/2012 ? 09/14/2012. It took them over eight weeks (8 weeks & 2 days) (Aug. 15 to Oct. 5, 2012). A bad grade of guess. The workers routinely came late and left early. Because SOD purported to have an office in Cambell, CA I naively thought they would work out of that office. They did not. The SOD crew commuted from Los Angeles and were constantly taking extra time off to ?avoid traffic?. Also because of poor planning, trips to the hardware store were frequent and took hours. Included in the contract, were ceiling prices on bathroom fixtures. I was told if I exceeded those ceilings there would be extra charges. I was given to understand I could achieve cost savings for myself if I bought below those levels. There was no downward adjustment to the payments from my cost savings. All savings were retained by SOD. SOD would only buy from Home Depot in spite of my wish to look elsewhere. There were many problems with the quality of SOD?s work: IN THE NEW BATHROOM: The medicine cabinet mirror was not centered over the vanity. The back of the sink is not straight with the wall. The original paint color shows thru on surfaces they painted. In the shower, the drain strainer was not properly sealed and it rusted. The toilet was set unusually far from the wall. The tile work is uneven on both the shower & floor. A wedge of tile is missing between the bedroom & bathroom. On the walls the grout is cracking in the seams. Splatters of grout were left all over the tile and light switches which were hard to remove. I had to hire a plumbing contractor to correct some of their plumbing. They did not adequately protect the interior of my house against dust and grime, creating a big cleaning job for me after they left. IN THE BEDROOM: On the re-modeled storage unit, the cabinet doors hit each other. The top edge on these doors to not match up correctly. A worker purchased and partially installed hinges on the bedroom storage cabinet without making sure ahead of time that they would fit. They did not. Now the installed the hinges are uneven. DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY IN AREAS UNRELATED TO THE PROJECT: SOD damaged the sprinkler systems in both the front and back of the house: They broke a valve for the front yard sprinklers. They moved the controller for the rear yard sprinkler system and then did not know how to re-connect it. They rewired it improperly and just left it. I had to hire another contractor to fix both systems. After my new washer and dryer were installed, SOD installed the vents. Somehow they also re-arranged the wiring for the dryer so it didn?t work. I had to have the installers come back and fix it. MESS LEFT IN MY YARD: They dumped a white liquid in one of my flowerbeds and killed the plants. They spilled something that was allowed to dry and harden on the paved areas in the rear yard. I have never been able to remove it. During the course of the project, I became ill and had to be hospitalized. SOD then told me they would make my project a top priority (Silly me, I?d thought it already was.) and would get things finished quickly. Nothing changed. Short days, delays, poor planning, shoddy work continued until the day they left. SOD wanted to attribute the project length and slow work to my illness. However, had they worked to the original schedule they gave me, the work would have been complete and they would have been gone before I became ill. Prior to starting this project, I scoured Angie?s List for contractors. At that time SOD?s reviews were glowing. I interviewed several contractors; went on the California State Contractors Board website to check them out; Checked with the Better Business Bureau; and hired an architect to draw up the design and plans for the project. There were no red flags at that time and I?m still left wondering what I should have done differently. UPDATE: Tasks I asked them to come back and do: -The work was to be done in a professional manner by professionals skilled in that particular field. I did not get any better quality workmanship the second time. Even though they did send a different crew. -They poured extra tile stuff into my flower beds, killing some of my flowers. They didnt clean it up or make any effort to remedy that problem. -They were to replace and properly seal the drain strainer. This was done correctly the second time and it has not rusted again. -They only put one coat of paint on the bathroom and the paint underneath showed through. They came back and put on a second coat of paint. They did a sloppy job and left splashes of paint on the sink and other areas. They didn't clean up. -They were to inspect the grout between the tiles because even though it had only been a few weeks the grout was starting to crack. They did fix this and everything seems to be ok now. -There was a piece of tile missing on the floor where dirt and water could go down. They fixed it and everything seems to be ok. They were fixing some things that they had messed up in my bedroom as well: -They were supposed to fix the gap in the doors on the storage unit. They originally installed the doors so they did not match up correctly, they did improved it but not perfectly. -On the bedroom storage unit they smeared the bathroom paint on the wooden doors. -The door between the bedroom and bathroom was not supposed to be messed with but once they left I could not open or close it properly. It kept getting stuck. I did have someone else come to fix that. -I had requested that an on site supervisor stay on site while the work was done the second time. He stayed only 10 minutes. In my opinion, this organization is not capable of doing a good job. The workers do not seem to know how to do the work correctly, and the owner doesn't seem to have an adequate supervisory staff.

Had scheduled a consultation with them over the phone approximately 2 weeks beforehand. On the day of the appointment, no one appeared, nor called to reschedule/cancel. I tried to contact them via phone, and only got voice mail.

After interviewing eight general contractors and builders, collecting quotes, driving by properties, and comparing references ? we regret to say we selected another contractor?s team for our home project. All the contractors and builders we interviewed were found on Angie's List - a truly awesome group. The choice was difficult as everyone brought excellence. We would consider Adriatic Builders again for this home in Livermore or other projects in the Bay Area.

First of all thanks to Angie's List members for their review. I read all the reviews and decided to contact SOD. I then sent S.O.D an email to begin with to see how fast they would reply. They were ridiculously quick! Very responsive with all forms of communication and very courteous, professional and just all around great people. I do not wish to divulge the amount I spent but it was all well worth every penny. Hire these guys if you would like to have things done right. I've read some reviews where they say they are expensive but go cheap and you will have a headache. These guys are sure to please you and every penny you spend with these guys you won't be disappointed. I am very picky and see every little scratch and detail and these guys were very happy to fix what I want perfected. Every thing was done to my satisfaction and they wouldn't stop until I was completely satisfied. I worked with Elio, Wilson, and Darvin mainly. These guys are how I would like to describe as Batman and Robin and Superman. These guys can do it all. Very accommodating to my very neat and clean ways and made sure to clean up after they left. Clean workers. It is a renovation I know and it will get very messy but they will do their best to clean up. Elio, Wilson, and Darvin are a great pleasure to work with and enjoyed having them in my home. You can trust they will do great work and treat your home with respect. Joe the project manager actually saved me a lot of money. He can direct you to a great hardwood floor supplier, an aside you MUST have Elio and Wilson do your hardwood floors. He also took the time to go with me to select tiles, marble, and countertop. He also can give you some good advice if you are undecided on materials. Joe did a brilliant job in fabricating my extremely beautiful stair railings and also finished it off in a beautiful satin nickel finish. I went with the industrial look with wood handles, which Darvin did a fantastic job staining it. Gorgeous! I've gotten so many compliments on them from friends and family. That is the beauty of skype. Adi project coordinator at the office made sure the calendar was updated and ordered what in the contract needed to be ordered. Now, she had a lot to deal with because I was a very hands on homeowner. So we did work together to get this job done and she had to deal with me which is a big job in itself! She was fantastic. Diligent and aims to please. Oren, Oren, Oren, he is a fantastic owner and really just wants you to be happy and make your dream home come true. I had such a fantastic experience that no words could express and this was our first home remodel in the States. I am now dreaming of my next dream home so I could do it all again. I do have future home improvements (exteriors) that I will definitely hire them to do. Absolute joy working with SOD! Betty Young

We contacted SOD Builders after reading very positive reviews about the company in Angie's List. We do not regret hiring them for our project. Our experience with SOD Builders was a positive one. Like in most work of this kind, there were things that did not go as smoothly as desired. However, in every situation, SOD Builders came through in making us happy with the results. Dos Make sure the contract is clear and specific. For example, it should say something like "supply and install 12" tile floor", if the tile is included in the contract price. If it doesn't say "supply", then, you must pay for the tile as a separate item, not part of the contract. They should also provide you with a list all items (tiles, mirror, fixtures, granite, light fixture, fan, sink, vanity, etc. ) that are included in the contract price, with a dollar limit to the items on the list. ie. $550 for tiles, $150 for a mirror, $400 for cabinets, etc., with a total allowed price, say, of $2000. If the total cost of all the items on the list that are purchased is over the limit, you will have to pay the overage. Just make sure you know what it is you are to provide that is not included in the contract price. This is to avoid any misunderstanding between you and the contractor, once the work begins. Be sure you make it very clear as to what you want the final "product" to look like, often reviewing the work with the contractor as it is progressing. Don'ts Don't assume anything. For example, don't assume that the tile layer knows exactly how you want the tile laid out (patterns, lines, etc.). Keep close tabs as the work progresses. This may seem like a nuisance to the workers, but, it will greatly reduce misunderstandings and unhappiness. SOD Builders is very accommodating and truly believes in customer satisfaction. My wife and I wanted a "new" bathroom. We had pictures and some idea of the conveniences we wanted. We knew what we DIDN'T want, but not exactly HOW the bathroom should look. Unfortunately, this required some extra work (realigning tiles, moving of drainage pipes, etc.) because we only saw what we wanted "after the fact". Fortunately, we had SOD Builders as our contractor. Their motto is "Total Customer Satisfaction" and, they proved it to us. They were very patient and understanding throughout the project. Most important of all, they came everyday to complete the job - sometimes even on Saturday and Sunday. They also assured us, that if we found minor problems after using the bathroom, keep a list and they would send someone over to fix the problems. One of the most important things to us is "after sales service", how responsive is the company after the project is done. This is something we have yet to find out about SOD Builders as we have not yet needed this service. We will be reporting this in Angie's List later as an update to our comments. Joe, the site manager is not only NICE, but knowledgeable, always accommodating, and VERY helpful. Whatever is asked of Joe, his response is, "Not a Problem"! He always made it happen. Elio is an outstanding worker, neat and a real perfectionist. He aims to please. Oren, the Owner, truly believes that the most important thing to him is that the customer is happy with the results, even if it may cost him some money in the end. If he sees a problem, he tells his Foreman, "Go and fix the problem; do what you have to do to make it happen!" This company is truly Customer Oriented. We are happy to recommend SOD Builders.

The kitchen in my home was small, dark, and badly in need of an update. SOD came out and we talked about what I wanted, and what my time frame was- I needed to be able to bake by Dec 8th for traditional family gifts. Since it was the end of October I figured there wasn?t enough time, so was thinking of waiting until January but wanted a quote. Rani, the sales guy I was working with, assured me that they could get the job done in time for my baking. Joe, one of the field team managers, came to my house on a Saturday and measured everything and we talked in detail about layout ideas, from cabinet sizes to lighting. It was a great experience and he offered suggestions from floor ideas to pendant lights that had not been part of the original ideas I had; but improved on them greatly. I left for work the morning of October 30th Elio came to my house and helped finish getting the space ready and did the demolition of my kitchen in one day. The only thing that was left when I came home was the wood flooring that had been in my kitchen. Over then next couple of weeks Elio and his team, Waldamar, Selson, and Raool, did an amazing job working on my house. I had a skylight that was unfinished and hidden under an old fluorescent light. From tearing out the lighting unit, to plumbing in new piping for water for my new fridge and converting my electric stove to gas, the guys worked hard and consistently. Behind the scenes they also updated my electrical box and rewired most of my kitchen, in doing so they also pulled all of the permits from the city and met with the inspectors. They laid in a gorgeous new tile floor, added recessed lighting around my sky light and added pendant lights over the bar portion of my counter. By changing out my old cabinets and counters, I went from hidden difficult to use cabinets to Lazy-susans and more floor space as the floor plan was shifted. I had found a tile that I completely loved for my backsplash, but it was odd and not easy to work with. Over the course of two days, Joe, Elio, and Waldamar alternately worked to make my idea come to life. The guys had to cut apart the tiles from the original pattern and individually lay the into the new pattern that we had come up with. Because we had changed the original spacing of the pattern, the extra amount of work involved was substantial. But Joe and Waldamar didn?t even blink at the extra time needed, and I got the backsplash that I wanted, and absolutely adore. With all of the work on my kitchen I also had SOD add lights to my attached family room. The overall effect of the joined rooms was just amazing. I honestly can?t say enough about the work that SOD did in my kitchen. I?ve had two of my friends from work comment that my kitchen looks like it could be part of a model home. I am completely in love with my new space, it is so amazing. From start to finish their attention to detail, and quality of their work is second to none, but what is even more amazing is the way they handle their customers. Oren, the owner, came to my house multiple times to check in on the job, making sure I was happy with both the work and the progress that was happening. Joe, Elio, Waldamar, Selson, and Raool were so great to work with. The work was cleanly done, quickly done, and beautifully done. I don?t have enough words to praise the work that SOD did for me. In the end, I can only say thanks for giving me such a gorgeous kitchen to do my holiday baking?.

I recently moved into a home that had few changes from since the late 70’s. After taking some time to get settled I decided to look into remodeling the master bathroom, which I hated. It was a small space, boxed in between rooms so I had few options to expand it; additionally it did not have a bathtub, which did not work for me. I read the great reviews on Angie’s list for SOD Builders and decided to email them to see if they worked in the San Jose area. In less than 24 hours, I had a response back from Daisy confirming that they did and giving me their additional contact information. I called the office on Tuesday, and was able to get an appointment on Thursday. Rani and Oren came to my house to meet and talk about the project. I felt very comfortable with both gentlemen and they were easy to talk to. I was able to describe what I had been thinking about and wanted and they understood exactly the changes I was looking to make. Oren was very upfront with his pricing, telling me that if I looked I could find people that were cheaper but that his company stood behind their work and was able to easily talk about their standards and business point of views. In the end, their quote was right in the middle of where I had expected the price to range from; but even before they started the job I felt confident in the quality of people I was going to be working with. The following week Rani came back to my house and introduced me to Elio, who was going to be in charge of the site while they were working at my house. I thought it was a great touch that it wasn’t just “some worker” showing up at my house; but instead someone I had met previously was making sure I would know who would be in my home. I was lucky enough to get a great group of guys working at my house. Elio, Waldamar, Selson, and Raool were so efficient in their work I was amazed. I was able to sleep in my own room throughout the entire remodeling process. From demolition to completion the guys did a great job of taking care of my space. They laid plastic daily to protect my bedroom from dust, they laid protective materials from the front and back doors, as well as throughout my hallways. While I would frequently come home at lunch because I am so close, by the end of the day there would be no sign that the guys had been there at all because they did such a great job of cleaning up. I have had some friends comment on how hard it is to find contractors and then to have them show up when you need them – my experience with SOD couldn’t have been more different. From the first day that Elio and his team were at my house, they were there 5 days a week to get things done, the only exception to that was when the city of San Jose was being slow to assign an inspector. Thankfully SOD pulls all of the permits and deals with the inspectors so I didn’t have to do a thing. On top of that the office crew did a great job using their online tool to keep me updated on the project and the timing of when things were going to be happening. In the course of my remodel I had one issue, that really wasn’t an issue at all. I had talked to Rani at one point about 2 different vanities for the bathroom, and it turned out that the wrong one had gotten ordered. I didn’t realize the mistake until I looked in on the progress on a Saturday and saw it in my bathroom. Unsure of how to handle this, I sent a note using their online tool, that I needed to talk to someone on Monday so we could figure things out. Within 20 minutes Oren called me, assured me it was no problem at all. The correct vanity was installed by Tuesday morning. Something that I thought would have been an issue was absolutely not and I was thrilled at how easily Oren handled the situation. In 4 weeks, I went from an eyesore of a bathroom to a room that I really love. Rani gave me exactly what I asked for, Waldamar and Selson did an amazing job on the tiling of my shower stall and floor, and Elio made sure that everything was done smoothly, with a smile, and made sure I was always kept informed of what was going on with the job. Additionally, a few weeks into the project, SOD added Joe to the team at my house, helping out and running point with the inspectors that they were dealing with to make sure my project was finished in a timely fashion. I could not have been happier with the quality of work that SOD did as well as how quickly they moved through the remodel. To be honest I was so impressed with their work that when Rani came to meet me to check in on the progress of my bathroom, I asked him to quote me out what it would cost to re-tile my front entry way. He texted me the information and let me know if I was able to pick out tiles they could start while I was out of town that weekend. I texted him my choice of tiles and pictures on Thursday afternoon, left town on Friday and came home Tuesday to a beautiful new entryway that I completely love. I felt so comfortable with the crew that had been in my house working on my bathroom I had absolutely no concern with leaving them to their work while I went on vacation. I also got a great firsthand view of their attention to detail. I thought the entryway simply looked amazing when I got home; but when I was doing a walk through with Joe, he saw something different. To his eye, the spacing on one tile was slightly off and another was raised ever so slightly; personally I barely could see the issues even after he had pointed them out. The next day Waldamar had adjusted the tiles and re-laid the grout. I am so impressed with SOD’s level of quality and expectation to go the extra mile. I don’t think anyone would have ever noticed what Joe saw; but to him not perfecting their work was not an option. I couldn’t be happier with the work SOD has done for me.

They did a great job: the waterproofing was far better than the original construction on the house. Joe was a great person to deal with.

This company was the highest cost, but carried all the insurance, including workman's comp and was very professional...and at the end of the day---you get what you pay for! The work that they did was outstanding - the drywall work that they did on our ceiling is like "art"...you would never even know that it had been cut open. They took care of all the details and made sure that we were VERY happy and they did what they said they would do - they got the entire job done within two days where everyone one else was quoting at least five days and with multiple vendor partners...? Would recommend this company and will use them again! Thank you SOD Builders for taking on this small project

We had problems with a half bath in the downstairs due to water leakage coming from underneath the toilet and also a from a broken pipe inside the wall. The walls and floor were soaked and damaged. Before this problem occurred we were already looking into remodeling our master bathroom. In fact we've already called a couple of builders and they gave estimates to do the jobs separately. SOD Builders was the third builder we talked to. We felt very comfortable in talking with the sales guy. He made suggestions that the other builders did not do in regards to the repair to be done, what's necessary and what's unnecessary. We decided to go with SOD Builders. They fixed the problem with the dry rot, dry wall, repainted, and re-tiled the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. They also did the remodeling of the master bathroom. The guys did a very good job overall! My husband and I were not around much while they did the work so we communicated with them mostly by phone. They did a very good job following the design that we wanted for the master bathroom. We are very happy with the work that was done. I liked the online access that they have created called Basecamp. I can log in to find out the timeline and status of the project being done, and also communicated with the project manager through Basecamp. Thank you Elio and Elit for a job well done! R. I am posting this review as this was above and beyond service on a Sunday evening!! My mom is elderly and lives on a ranch in the San Fernando Valley. I called her when I landed from a flight to LAX last Sunday and asked how she was doing. She told me that water was draining under the house. She was pretty upset and I knew that I had to return home to San Francisco the next day so I called Joe Arieli of SOD Builders and asked if there was any chance anyone would be able to come out ASAP to see what the problem was. He gave me the number of one of his plumbing staff (William) and I gave him a hopeful call about 4pm Sunday. He as so kind when I explained and said he would meet me at 5pm. He arrived with two other workers and worked for two hours doing an excellent job and even putting in a clean out connection that the original plumber hadn't put in to make future maintenance easier. He could have charged so much for this amazing after hours work but he didn't. I always like referrals from friends which is how I found SOD Builders so thought someone with an older parent needing construction work done might want to give them a call. I am very very careful who I let go in mom's house since I live out of town and would definitely be comfortable for William to come back if I wasn't there.

It is as simple as that. On a 5 star scale, Oren and his team deserve the 6th star when it comes to quality, professionalism, courtesy and organization. We were in dire need of remodeling our bathroom due to plumbing issues and the house being built in 1953. When I looked for a contractor it was important to us that we were guaranteed a timeframe due to the fact that we had to temporarily vacate our home with the entire family since it was the only bathroom in the house.Oren, fully understood and assured me that this could be done in 2 weeks. It is extremely helpful that he has everyone of his trades under one roof and does not subcontract out. This allowed us to really complete everything in one shot without interruptions.His crew was absolutely fantastic. Joe, our project manager and hands on guy was there working almost every day. The entire team from Eliseo, Fernando and Antonio were extremely quality driven and took so much pride in their work. Joe took the time to fully explain every step of the way and since I wanted to know everything he explained everything with the greatest amount of patience.My husband and I could not be more pleased, and by the 4th day I knew I was going to give them my next project..my kitchen. Normally any renovation has some kind of traumatic experience attached. Not with these guys. When was anybody ever able to say that they had fun renovating any area in their house?At the end of the day I finally figured out why this team was unique. It is their passion for what they do: Their attitude is in my book the most respected one: You either do it right or you don't do it at all.Having worked in a luxury hospitality environment for almost 20 years and having done three major renovations related to my profession it is refreshing to see that this type of work still exists.SOD Builders went above and beyond and exceeded our expectation in every way. They did what they said they would do and then more. Every little detail was attended to and we were kept up to date every step of the way. At the end of our bathroom renovation, my husband said ...these are the ONLY guys that he will ever let into our house. We are extremely happy and we LOVE our bathroom.

In terms of the price we had bought a coupon through Angie’s list and it was we believe 250$ to paint for one day may be. They did a wonderful job. They were efficient, they were on time and they cleaned up after they were finished. They did an amazing job and I chose them because of the coupons. We would absolutely use them in the future as we plan to actually.

I first contacted them 5/20/2012. They are very unorganized. They claimed they didn't even know that I had a BD purchased from them. They also said I didn't buy a big enough coupon to cover the work I needed done. They completely back tracked in what they were saying.

I called SOD Builders for an estimate on exterior and interior paint, we ended up changing out exterior to smooth stucco so it took longer but it was all thanks to Oren the owner, he came to our house at 6pm (my husband work until 5:30pm so he accommodated us ) and we set and talked about various options and at the end we went with smooth stucco with an olive green color (LOVELY) it was Oren's idea so i was impressed right on the spot with his color coordination for the inside and outside (He actually helped me choose the colors), the work inside took about a week and a half since we are living there and it came out beautiful each color compliments the other, and the outside work took about two weeks for all the steps but we hardly felt them working, oren was visiting me every day to make sure the quality of the work is at the highest level and to tell you the truth it was more then i have expected. so thank you so much SOD for stepping up and giving us a beautiful paint job inside and out.

I went back to Oren and SOD Builders based on three previous jobs they did for us; once again, we were not disappointed. Oren and his crew did a complete, professional, efficient job in reroofing our home. The team took off the old roof and carted away all the resulting trash. They did a careful inspection of the sheeting, and had the city inspect it, too. Then they did an expert job in reroofing, arriving on time every day and making significant progress every day for the week they were on-site. They cleaned up the area every day, and on completion of the project, did a thorough, meticulous clean-up of our front yard, leaving it just as they found it. Oren made sure to check in frequently, and then several weeks after the job, checked in again to ensure everything was fine. I heartily recommend SOD Builders.

Perfect! Arrived on time,clean, respectful, great attention to detail, & finished in 2 days instead of 3. I will definitely use them again.

Instead of coming out to do the estimate, he asked me to send a photo. He said that the stucco work I need done is too high on the building. There was no condition on the coupon saying that the stucco needed to be on the ground floor. I felt that the coupon was misleading with what they offer.

SOD was/is EXCELLENT. My previous experience with a joker who did some fence work for me last year, robbed me and left me with a mess. From what I hear, most contractors operate the same way: start a job, get some money, and bail. Start another job, and return to the original job whenever they get around to it. Since then, I was majorly defensive and prepared for being ripped off. Originally I called SOD because I saw the exterior painting special they were offering. Oren came over to have a look and give me an estimate. He arrived exactly on time - which is almost unheard of.... he didn't give me a window, he said 3 o'clock and he showed up exactly at 3. MAJOR points for that. Oren walked around the house and explained in detail what was needed, and things that could wait - ie the wood paneling over the carport. He told me the panel would eventually need to be replaced, but I could still get a few more years out of it... the same with the 55yr old partition. I am a single woman and a first time homeowner, and was Oren looking out for my best interest. For this, he not only got the job I have since hired him to repair and replace my driveway and patio. There is no scrimping and cutting corners with SOD. The crew is professional, punctual, courteous, and meticulous. Next, they will be replacing a tile floor.

The painters were on time and stayed full time. They were conscientious and professional.

From start to finish, SOD performed in a professional and timely manner. The project manager, Gil, did an outstanding job in ensuring that all completed work was topnotch. The exterior and interior painting perfectly matched the existing paint. The new doors, and associated hardware, were installed with excellent workmanship. The new exterior stucco was a perfect match to the existing stucco. And the workers did a great job in ensuring the work site was clean and safe. I highly recommend this company without reservation.
