Description of Work: No service was provided due to my inquiry not being responded to. Not sure I understand why company's use this venue and then do not respond when a request for service has been submitted. Part of the my assessment includes how interested a company is in performing their service and response time is part of that level of service, My review is only based on the lack of responsiveness this company lacked in contacting me as a prospective customer.

+ -1 moreTheir work was excellent. Renzo was good at giving recommendations, yet giving us what we wanted. His crew was punctual and courteous, and they cleaned up well every day.
Description of Work: We hired Total Landscape to re-do our front yard, changing it from grass and weeds to drought-tolerant plants. Renzo and his team demolished our front yard, taking out grass and weeds, then leveling the ground. Then, amended the soil with compost, and tilled. Bending boards were installed to define planting areas. They planted 40-50 plants and installed drip irrigation, followed by mulch. They also widened our driveway by adding concrete tiles and stones.
