 + -1 morePedro is beyond difficult to work with and the work was not completed. He seemed clever and nice until we gave him a hefty deposit. Then he couldn't do anything we asked him to do - he kept trying to change the plan and often said things were "a hassle". He complained about everything and clearly did not understand how to install an irrigation system. He kept saying the water pressure was all wrong and we would have to decrease the water pressure for our entire house in order to get the irrigation in. Worst part: he began arguing with me and telling me that I didn't know what I really needed, that my dog did not need a fence anyway and that I couldn't change things. When we called to end the contract, he told us he was going to pull out all the things he had done, remove all the fence posts and we were still going to owe him money. We asked for an itemize bill along with receipts for the materials and he told us he didn't have receipts for anything. DO NOT HIRE.
