Description of Work: I conducted a telephone interview with Antonio and asked routine questions regarding his service, i.e, length of time in business, licensed and bonded, number and type of workers, number of customers etc. Antonio was initially cordial and responsive, but then responded by saying, ''Call the other companies, good bye'' and abruptly hung up. It seemed that he did not want to answer the operational questions and was insulted. I feel his behavior was highly unprofessional and recommend that anyone interested in calling him, be mindful of my negative experience.
