I called them on Friday we set up a time for the following Monday to come and change the lock. They actually called me back to see if I wanted to come earlier, but the Monday appointment worked best for me. Great service. The guy who came out here, Phil, was very friendly and did a great job.

The person from Kwik Key Lock and Safe was able to come out very quickly after I called (though this was not a requirement for the job); he was here within an hour. He worked quickly and efficiently, without requiring any special supervision. The job was done within an hour or so and was completed professionally and without any errors.

The locksmith arrived within 30 min of my call. He took the lock apart lubricated it, reinstalled it and it works perfectly. I am very pleased.

The work was done very timely and the new keys work great.

I was given a 1 hour window, and Phil showed up right on time. He knew what he was doing, and chose the most cost effective option for fixing the problem.

Gentleman that answered the phones was very very nice and knowledgable. He explained what had to be done, how long it would take and how much it would be. When I called in the next day to push the appointment up one day, he was willing to fit me in! Locksmith was on time and seemed very knowledgable about what he was doing. Very quiet chap but worked very efficiently. Though he didn't have to (the house was being cleaned the next day), he made sure to pick up after himself, picking up some splinters and debris that fell from 1 lock.

I chose this company after comparing estimate prices from others in the area. They were easy to get in touch with, prompt, and the work took a total of 30 minutes. The locksmith was very polite and professional. I would recommend them and hire them again.

The locksmith that came out was a little late, but was efficient and professional. Office staff could be a bit more courteous and professional on the phone, however.

I hired these guys to come in and change my locks. I compared them to about three other companies and they were almost half the price of the others. They only changed one of my locks. They were very prompt and pleasant to deal with.

THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND SERVICE WAS QUICK. THE LOCK WAS RE-KEYED IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. I CHECKED THE COST AT QUITE A FEW PLACES AND KWIK KEY LOCK IS BY FAR THE CHEAPEST. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
