 + -1 moreShe is just an excellent housekeeper and a very flexible one. I have a chronic illness and on occasion have to change dates and she's always willing and easy to reach. In addition, she has done gardening work for me (cutting jasmine and morning glory vines); she helped me assemble boxed furniture parts; and has helped me organize my clothes. In addition, I have a little dog. He is fascinated by Josefina and she is heartily amused by him. No problem there. The $40.00 is for approximately two hours of work. You just can't go wrong with Josefina. If you need a daily worker, I believe she is available (she works for me in the evenings) and she will do anything you want with a smile on her face. Her direct line is 650 716 7451.
Description of Work: Josefina cleans my 600 sq ft condo every two weeks. She changes the bed, thoroughly cleans the bathroom, dusts,straightens up a bit, cleans the kitchen including wiping down appliances and doing any leftover dishes. She sweeps and mops the bathroom and kitchen floors and vacuums the bedroom, entryway, and living room-dining room. She takes the garbage and recycling out to the bins.

 + -1 moreIt went superbly with Josefina. My two-year-old daughter immediately took to her kind smile and way with kids.
Description of Work: Josefina cared for our 2 year old with great tenderness and attention. I had occasion to be in the house when she was there with my child and Josefina was a gem. I highly recommend her. In addition to her kindness she has great energy and strength.

 + -1 moreShe has done a wonderful job for me over the months she has worked for me.
Description of Work: Josefina is a superb housecleaner. She is very thorough, careful, and efficient. She does all types of cleaning and even sewed my comforter back together again when she had extra time. She likes animals, so pets are no problem. She is an extremelly personable young woman, but she goes right to work and doesn't stop until she is finished. I can't recommend her highly enough. She is just excellent!
