Dealing with Patrick on the phone was positive and he seemed interested in working with us. He provided us with a valuable style idea for our front window. However, during our early evening appointment he seemed rushed and pushy. He used terms of art that were unfamiliar to us and seemed inconvenienced when we asked for clarification. He also made several remarks, suggesting access to the window was inconvenient and the table surface we had available to review his materials was small and backward and did not meet his needs. He also made the effort to impress us that the company was Diamond Star certified. While the service, once provided, may be excellent, we chose not to proceed with them because of the attitude and approach of the salesman.

As I write this, installers Robert and Sebastian are here working away. I have been absolutely thrilled with Incotec, from start to near-finish, and I'm usually very hard to please. Dennis is a pleasure to do business with and doesn't hesitate to thoroughly explain all aspects of his window business, including why he feels so strongly about using only the Simonton brand. Each time I met with Dennis, or his window measurer (don't recall his name), they showed up on time as promised, were pleasant, cheerful and easy to work with. Incotec called twice last week to confirm the installers arrival today, and even called this morning to let me know that they were on their way. I'll post again when their work is complete, but so far, these guys are superb. Highly recommended!
