We were initially impressed with Bill at Hildebrand design and were confident they would do a good job to completely re-do our front yard. We had a realistic budget of $45k set aside for this and were very flexible on scheduling. The first step was for them to come up with a design plan. We met several times with the designer over the period of 5 weeks and felt they she really understood what we wanted to do. In the end, she surprised us with a design that was totally different than anything we talked about and 2x more expensive to implement than our budget that we discussed many times. It was as if she wanted to do her own thing and not listen to us. She even added to the design that we replace our front entry door and garage doors at further cost. We were so frustrated that we felt we wasted the $1200 initial design fee. Bill did not do anything to help, so we just abandoned all efforts with the company and put our project on hold until we could hire someone else. It is a real shame because we liked the quality of the installations that Hildebrand did, but they just blew it on the design portion for us.

Hildebrand did a good job and they do really good work. We were very satisfied with the work and they have competitive prices with other landscaping companies. We went with them because of the great reputation and the work they've done for us in the past. The owner is a laid back great guy. The crew is good.

My yard is mowed and trimmed once every 2.5 weeks. They do an excellent job and pay attention to the details. I have recommended them to my neighbors.
