Order seemed to OK, but I didn't get responses to emails or calls. We did end up with the window, so I guess that's good.

In my research for wood exterior clad windows I came across Loewen windows and doors, which looked like exactly what I was looking for. Heartwood is the local dealer for this brand. I met with Patrick to look at their products and go through the available options, etc., and get a quote. The product looked great. The quote seemed very reasonable, and came in under the other quotes I'd gotten that required an upcharge for fir interiors. After finally picking a window color (who knew that could be so hard!), we ordered. A couple of months later the windows were delivered. Overall I've been very happy with them. They look great and work well. For the few small problems we've had, I called Patrick, he came out to look at them, and then he sent a local window repair company to do the repairs.
Description of Work: Sold us 16 Loewen clad wood windows and 4 sliding doors for a newly renovated house.
