FRANCISCAN GLASS

My husband and I are very disappointed with Franciscan Glass. We used this company a couple of years ago to adjust our glass shower door. We called them again to come back and adjust the door again, however, this time we had difficulty with them returning our phone calls and setting up a time to come out. We called numerous times over the past 30 days. The receptionist took my info but no one called me back. I called again and left my info with a gentleman and he said a ticket would be opened and someone would call back with an appointment time. After four days of not hearing from them, I called again. And so on and so on..... It's now been 4 days since that last time I was told Danny would call me to schedule an appointment. Needless to say I'm not calling Franciscan Glass back and am looking for another shower door contractor on Angie's List who will actually return my phone call and be happy to have me as a repeat customer.

I dropped off a double-paned shattered window to be fixed. They said it would be approx. a week and they were on time. The window works just fine.

Their quality of work and professionalism was excellent. They did what they said they would to and they did it well.

I was never contacted.

Originally, they quoted me $220 to deliver the glass (6 ft diameter) at my home in MV, however after determining I could not fit it in my SUV and pressing a bit for a discounted option -- they said some guys there could do it for $110, which I went for. It took a few days to pin down deliver date and time, and they showed up a bit later (20 mins), than expected -- but all in all a good experience and I would recommend them. Had dinner on the table last night w the family and the glass will help protect our table for years to come (or until our daughter or guest cracks it -- whichever comes first!)

They are helpful with suggestions on situations. They are very responsive. They showed up on time. They offered simpler and solutions. They tried to accommodate with my schedule.

They can do anything here! Nothing is out of the ordinary and they are a great source for all your glass and mirror needs. I've been going there for years, maybe once every several years I'll need something. They are friendly, a bit laid back and mostly seem to prefer to work with commercial accounts but that said, they can meet your needs for sure!

They're okay. They get work done in a timely manner, and there aren't really any problems.

Checked 4 sources but liked the combo of their prices and service best so made the order. Aaron, their estimator, and installer was very knowledgeable and pleasant. During installation had a problem with the door glass which they volunteered immediately to replace. Also talked with one of the owners Danny Bibo and worked with another installer Brad. They were all excellent.

Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice to deal with. Danny Bibo was excellent to work with in the design phase, as were the installers, especially Aaron. They were very accommodating and understanding when other aspects of the job didn't go well, and returned multiple times to complete the installation without charging anything additional (There were lengthy delays due to problems with the marble fabricated). The best of all the contractors we dealt with on our extensive remodel. I wish I could give them an A+!

I BROUGHT THE BROKEN LOUVRES IN AND THEY MATCHED THE GLASS PATTERN AND CUT THEM TO A CUSTOM SIZE. THEY OFFER LOTS OF GLASS AND GLASS FOR STAINED GLASS WINDOWS AS WELL.
