I was very impressed with the team's professionalism, thoroughness, and dedication to helping me save energy - and money. They were arrived on time and were very professional, explaining the process in advance and asking for permission before doing anything in my home. They were willing to explain the process and to answer questions. After the in-home study, they provided a thorough written report, detailing energy-saving changes I could make - and how much they would cost and save. The focus was on the practical: things that could be done easily to generate significant savings.

Wow! They arrived on-time and set all their equipment neatly on a tarp. The lead person, Kate, sat down at our kitchen table and interviewed my husband and me, then we took Kate and her team through the house, room by room. We then let them run their diagnostics and they came back to us when they had questions about our usage, etc. Then, we did a full tour of the house together with their initial findings. Fascinating experience as we found that our home was overall pretty efficient, even with extremely leaky ducts. When done sharing their initial findings and answering all of our most detailed of questions, they tidied everything up and left, right on schedule. Two weeks later, we received our report, which included recommended habits, handyman fixes, and home improvements we should consider in the future. What impressed me was the detail and thoroughness of the report and their recommendations. I was also impressed that over $500 in annual savings could be achieved just by changing a few habits and making a few handyman fixes. I was also impressed that they identified that the water heater and furnace will likely give out in the next few years, and when they do, the options that we'll have that will save us money. It feels so good to have that figured out now, rather than scramble in the middle of the night when hot water heaters always seem to give out. Our next step will be to have Kate get competitive bids and product suggestions for us, for our furnace and water heater. I sure love the intelligence and help they provide!
