Description of Work: General service of air conditioner, including clearing a plugged condensate drain and cleaning around the coils of the exterior blower unit.

+ -1 moreThey installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my home in October 2010 and they recommended an annual service in 2011. They did a great job. They came out and cleaned the filters. They checked and made sure everything was working. They also checked the condenser. I thought they did quite a bit for $120. There are a couple of Controlled Systems, one is in Sunnyvale and one in Mountain View.
Description of Work: Controlled Systems Of CA Inc came out in November for an annual maintenance.

+ -1 moreThey had to do a lot of work. They were great. They got in and they got it done. They put in the new furnace, they ran the electrical, and they put in the refrigerant lines that run into the house. They got it all done in a day and they cleaned everything up. It was great and I love my new furnace.
Description of Work: Controlled Systems of Ca installed a new furnace and put in new air-conditioning. I did not have air-conditioning before so they had to run the lines into the house and do the power to the compressor on the outside.
