I scheduled the services but I was contacted to inform me that they do not service my area. They said they have told Angie List several times but they keep advertising in areas they do not cover

I paid my $99 and several days later was told by the vendor that he did not work in my area. He said I should contact Angie's List and try to get my money back. Angie's List said there was an error in area serviced but they would refund my money. Big disappointment!

Very professional and trustworthy!! We will hire carpenter Chris and his team in the future! Services were completed well and in a timely fashion. Chris made initial trip out to list supplies that would be needed to perform job and then we provided supplies.

Chris and Ivan did a terrific job for us. They were prompt, did quality work, and were very easy to work with. Whatever we needed, they did. We could not be happier with our experience with them!

I am sorry to say that your outside of my area, I think Alist must have grouped all of riverside county into this last deals. None the less it's a 2-3hour drive one way for my guys. Sorry about that. I spoke with Chris and scheduled him to come in a day after my cabinets were expected to arrive. Chris and Lonnie arrived at 9 am to assemble and install 5 - 36"x80" Ulti-Mate garage cabinets and they completed the project in less than 5 hours. I'm about to start the next stage of my renovation and plan to have Chris look at the project.

empty space where analog (big box) tv was no longer needed, as flat screens don't require that much space. That space was used to make a linen closet with 2 wardrobe doors. Required demo and rough carpentry/plasterboard/finish carpentry/painting/doors w/hardware. Chris was always available by phone or on site. Made suggestions that were appreciated and implemented. My go-to guy for carpentry!

Everything went great. The shower is huge, really beautiful and fits our style. It didn't take them long, inside the estimated time frame Everyone was very professional, on time, hard working. They worked with our choices and gave us good feedback when we had questions. They had a little trouble with our mosaic choice as it kept falling apart, but they persevered and got it all in. I pretty much hovered over them the whole time, asking questions, putting my two cents in; I'm quite curious as to how things are done and like to watch the process. They were good about me being right there watching. Family and friends have made great comments and love how big it is. We highly recommend Chris and his team!

Craftsman were very pleasant and professional. All work was completed very well. We are very pleased with everything.

Chris is an exemplary contractor, especially after some we've had over many years of home improvement jobs. Chris was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and meticulous. He was here every day until the work was completed to our great satisfaction, despite some difficult issues he faced with this job. We WILL use his services again for any home improvement project he would tackle, and we can heartily recommend his services to anyone needing a home improvement contractor. His pricing was very fair and, considering the superior quality of his work, we were very satisfied on that front too. Chris also seems to be very conscientious about not over-committing on jobs so no job suffers from his being stretched too thin.

See my note above. The contractor early told me he would only be 5 minutes away and should be able to make the appointment at 6:00pm without difficulty. We have not moved into the house since we needed a total kitchen remodel, plus floors. We had to come from 40 miles away to meet the appointment - only to be greeted with a note at our front door. It was difficult to set an appointment time, yet the time they set was not met. Perhaps there were other extenuating circumstances, but if an appointment is taken so lightly, how could I be confident that 1) the estimate would be reliable, and 2) that the job would be finished on time? The son apologized and asked me to call the office to set up another appointment. No thank you, and it's a good thing I didn't purchase the Kitchen Cabinet offer.

The work I had done by Chris was exemplary. He was quick to call and discuss an initial walk through of the master bathroom and quote. When he arrived, he was nothing but respectful, professional and quite creative. He offered several ideas for the space including an overhead shower head as opposed to a standard wall fixture, as well as a pull out laundry basket hidden nicely in a cabinet space. All of the cabinetry he designed was gorgeous and the installation was quick and painless. Chris and his team were quite knowledgable and answered my endless questions. Once the project was over, I was left with no mess and a stunning new master bathroom equipped with new cabinetry, beautiful walk in tile shower and whirlpool tub. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. I will gladly recommend Carpenter Chris for any and all projects and truly look forward to working with him on future projects.

Lupe arrived on time and was very productive during the 8 hour job. The quality of workmanship was great, and he was careful to clean up all details and scraps at the end of the job.

Carpenter Cris met with us to quote the project and was extremely professional and friendly. He kept us apprised of every little detail and walked us through what would be completed each day. Through each step of selecting new drawers and staines and installing hardware, Cris worked with us so that everything would be perfect. The cabinets and drawers turned out absolutely beautiful and probably adds 20k to the value of our house alone. Cris also repaired two gates and painted the front facing area of our fences. He repaired and repainted our patio cover which was in need of some TLC. It looks absolutely great and makes us want to spend time outside on the patio again. Both upstairs bathrooms have been tiled and grouted and look absolutely great. We wanted to upgrade our kitchen and bathrooms and get a little repair work done and it turned out absolutely great. I would use Cris again in a heartbeat. He is all about the customer service part of the business and making customers happy. We are planning to have him do a few side projects as we save up some money. Do not hesitate to contact him. He can complete any job and keep it in your budget.

Chris was prompt in responding to my Angie's List deal, made many concessions to my wacky schedule, and then made time for me when my own schedule permitted. He came right on time with his helper, Andrew, and set to work on my long list of to do's, a list that had gotten longer since my back went out. First was to repair the RV gate that had been hanging off to the side for 2 years. No other service would even talk to me for less than $400, and he and Andrew fixed it in no time. Then they installed bamboo blinds on my porch (they look great and really keep the sun out!), installed many sets of curtain rods, installed closet rods and poles, fixed mini-blinds in my guest bedroom, repaired my doors, installed 2 brand new GFI electrical outlets in my bathroom, and ended by hanging a heavy picture! They were wonderful, fun and friendly, professional, quick, and there didn't seem to be anything Chris couldn't handle. Just the perfect guy to call. I'm going to have Chris back this month to install triple mirrored closet doors in the master and second bedroom, blinds in the patio by the pool, and just anything else I can think of!

Chris took care of this project from beginning to end. He found a matching door, built/installed frame, drywall, texture, paint, hardware, etc. I highly recommend Chris for any project from large to small. While he maintains a full schedule, he was able to fit my project within a reasonable time. Chris took care of everything and was very detailed in every aspect, from installation, to finish, to clean up. He was very responsive to my questions and took extra time to make sure the final results were seamless. It is clear Chris takes pride in the quality of work he provides. I'm looking forward to contacting Chris for my next project. Thank you for the excellent work!

He was a very good guy based on the way he handled himself and the way he did the work. We could have gotten somebody for less money than that but since we're happy with what he has done, the price was fine.
