They turned my backyard into an outdoor oasis! It is truly beautiful, beyond our expectations. They were very professional with their work and did the job quickly and efficiently. Not only has it increased our property value but is a focal point for all our entertaining in the summer. I would definitely hire Native Grounds again and have recommended them to all my friends
Description of Work: I hired Native Grounds to install a pond and waterfall and adjacent patio in my backyard last summer. .Not only was installation completed ahead of schedule their workers were so considerate of our living close to the site & kept things organized through out. The end product is even more beautiful than their design & the overall cost 1/2 the price of other estimates.

Absolute pleasure to work with. Lori is a really hardworking good Lady. Super responsive. We had them build a large pond with a waterfall and lush landscaping around it. It looks amazing! The completed job shows pride in workmanship and we are so very happy with the quality of all the work. Without hesitation, we'll contact Native Grounds for our next landscape project.

The pond was holding water when they started. I asked her to finish the pond They did it wrong, the pond was leaking. They tried to resolve it by putting in a new liner. The pond continued to leak. They complained that they could not keep sending over people to work free labor. The pond was fine before they started working, no water leaked out of it. They wouldn't stand by their work and I paid them twice what the estimate was.
Description of Work: The burm around the edge of my pond needed work and some other things needed to be moved around. I also needed some landscaping done around the pound, some land evened out.

We were asked for an estimate to fix a pond that was installed improperly. Since it was unclear how much work would be involved, we gave an estimate only of time and materials, not a bid or a fixed price. After starting the project we made it clear that more work was involved than we originally estimated, including installing a new pond liner and redoing the river rock lining the inside of the pond. Most of the additional work we did for no charge, in fact crediting the client over 20 hours of work time. The pond is completed and it doesn't leak. We tested it twice to make sure. What leaks is the waterfall, which wasn't a part of our job; and we did not install it. We were willing to look at it but the client was reluctant to pay us for it. Since we had already done 20 hours of work for free we referred her to another contractor. We feel we completed this job with integrity and honesty. Attached you will find the signed contract for what is stated above.
