Description of Work: We have a mixed use building in San Jose CA. Jim has been responsible for restoring the apartment floors for the past two years. Every floor has become beautiful once again. Because of the age of the building (1923), we did not have the option to sand and refinish. Jim is professional, on time and reliable. It makes my job much easier when preparing for a new tenant.
