Redline Movers

Terrible! The first day he showed up late and did not have a helper. He told me he could take care of it all himself with a dolly, etc. and it would cost me less. He did two loads and then he left because it was past five o'clock. He couldn't come back for a few days. When he came back he brought a woman who had less life in her than he did. He had very odd, flat affect; basicly no emotion or response when talking to him. He ignored what I asked him to do or not do and did whatever he wanted. He took one load and then told me I could do the rest myself. He stacked everything in the garage so I cannot find anything. I had everything labeled and 3 other storage areas to put things. His prior review said he set up beds and hooked up washer and dryer. He did neither and didn't even bring the hoses for the washer from the previous place. He put stuff on the appliances and it was difficult to even get near them. He told me I could do the rest myself and left. I had to hire people off of Facebook to help me finish the job. That cost me several more days rent at the condo and additional money to all the other workers I had to hire. Don't walk , RUN away from this so called "moving company"!!!

went very well alot of stuff was up a very tight stair case with a tight turn at btm.made his job difficult.they were very careful with everything. never bumped the walls. i was impressed

I just had the weirdest experience ever. Mike showed up late to a scheduled appointment to give me an estimate for moving my household items. (He did call saying he would be late). The minute he walked halfway through the door, he saw that I had a Baby Grand piano. He stopped abruptly, backed out of the house and said that he did not move pianos. When I tried to explain that I had already contacted a piano mover he stated and quot;if we can't move everything, we don't move anything!and quot; WHAT! I've never heard of such a thing. He declined a job because I had a piano that he couldn't move!!! SHOCKED!!!

Contacted to ascertain what moving would cost. Informed they only work weekends....

. Mike and helper were efficient and very careful with all our furnishings. They properly covered the mattresses in plastic bags and padded all the case goods. They used heavy protection pads under the furniture to prevent any scratching to the wood floors. Best moving experience I have every had and I have moved many, many times.

I thought they were good. It is an independent company. I think there is only one owner. However, he has somebody with him to help him move. He did an excellent job for me. I have not seen anybody take such care of my furniture and putting it in place. He did not scratch the floors. I actually paid him $300 more than his price because he was really good. He was very reasonably priced; he was on time; and he put bags around my mattresses. He wrapped my mattresses in plastic, which I thought was really nice for an independent mover. He is just a local mover. He had the carpet pads in front of the furniture for wood floors. Everything about him was great. I will definitely use him again; I am going to call him again.

The movers worked very hard and were very carefull with our belongings. At the end of the day, they provided us with some wardrobe boxes free of charge to help us complete our move over the remaining days of the weekend.

They never provided an estimate, never phoned.

Redline Movers arrived at my storage unit at the agree upon time. Two experienced men loaded my household goods in an efficient, methodical manner into their company owned truck. Goods were set up and placed in my home, resulting in a very smooth, predictable move. These folks work with a positive attitude and waste no time in getting the job done. This is the second time I have contracted with them for their services. I highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services in California!

Redline Movers were great to do business with. They arrived at the agreed meeting time to unload my rental truck contents into a 10 by 20 foot storage unit. It was very obvious that they were experienced in their line of business. They handled my load with care. I would highly recommend them for being competent, honest, good communicators and reasonably priced.

Everything was handled very carefully and there was no damage. I was very satisfied.

I called for a quote. Mike came for an estimate right away. We came to an agreement on the price and date. Two times I had to reschedule and Mike was more than accommodating. Mike showed up at time he said with his partner. They loaded, moved and unloaded very fast and professionally. They were clean, helpful, respectful and overall really nice people. I would use them again and highly recommend Redline Movers to anyone.

Had estimates and found the Redline Movers beat them all. They also had the permits and license needed. Read reviews and felt they would meet the requirements of my move. The arrived on time and appeared totally professional. Both Mike and his helper Jim did the job of 4 or 5 men to perfection. They loaded items with care, they lifted heavy items and stairs were involved and no complaints. I was very pleased with their work and precision and would recommend them to anyone who is in doubt on who to use. I was scammed by another outfit in Santa Barbara so was extra careful to screen Redline Movers and they are a 10+ in my book.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They moved us on a rainy day with 19 stairs to climb for every load. This was our third move in three years and these guys were the fastest - not clumsy fast, but efficient. They were also the best price per hour. Plus, they are personable, professional and easy to get along with. Great movers!
