Description of Work: Windows on my work PC was broken. Michael came to SLO, worked on my computer, and then took it back to Morro Bay. He fixed all the problems, and then some, and only charged me for two hours labor (@$60 per hour). He did not charge for travel, etc. He got the work done is less time than expected. Computer is working really well now. Michael O'Reilly, he's a nice, polite, smart fellow, and I'd certainly use him again.

+ -1 moreHe only charges $60. an hour with no minimum. He is congenial, punctual and he has 1,500. customers, individuals and corporations. He has been servicing my computer for over 15 years. His day off is Saturdays. He goes both fresh water and deep sea fishing.
Description of Work: He did general clean up of the computer and upgraded my security systems.

Description of Work: I took in my computer to try to determine the cause of extremely slow internet speed. They performed the diagnostic test and couldn't find anything wrong; suggested the problem was due to faulty cable connection or modem. Eventually the cable company (Charter) sent out a technician (for $35) who replaced the modem and repaired the outside wiring. Now everything is running fine, but I am really upset with Charter for two years of intermittent frustration and wasted time. The reason I would not use Michael O'Reilly's Computer Service again is that they are too far from my house and disconnecting/reconnecting and transporting the computer is a huge pain. A house call would have cost $75 up-front.

Description of Work: Michael did a fantastic job treating the virus problem I had on my computer. He initially came over and tried to remove the virus and malware and get the computer up and running again. When it was determined that I needed a re-install of all programs he took the computer and was done with the work within a days time. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind and I would recommend his services to anyone in need. It was nice to have personalized service.

I simply can't recommend him highly enough. He's patient and extremely knowledgeable. He's a certified PC repair technician (and he's smart!)
