Description of Work: Mark did maintenance checks on both our central air conditioner and furnace. They are about 12 years old, installed when the home was built. Fortunately both systems were functioning well. Mark was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, punctual and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using his services again.
