 + -1 moreThey ordered wrong size and basically told us to go pound sand. Out $1560 and we were treated so rudely. In speaking to other contractors now....... they have a very bad reputation. Use anyone else!

 + -1 moreWhen I arrived to claim glass they wanted $75!!! The original piece of glass I got from them didn't cost that much. I was told that was the shop charge...I doubt strongly it took an hour to trim 1/4" off two sides of the glass. Why wasn't the charge pro-rated or, better still, if I knew how expensive it was going to be, I would have learned to live with the slightly too large piece of glass. Now I'm out the original cost of the glass and don't even have the glass. I won't do business there in the future. And I'll tell all my friends!

 + -1 moreI called the day that the glass broke and they came the next day and installed the glass. The window frame is metal and fixed in the wall, so I could not take the frame to them. The installer was friendly and very professional. Estero Glass was recommended to me by a general contractor who did some plumbing for me, recently. He said he uses them all the time and is happy with their work. After getting the glass replaced, I checked with another local glass company and their estimate was the same as I paid Estero.
Description of Work: They installed a pane of glass approximately 36 x 36 inches in a window in my garage.
