Ethan was out to fix my heater this afternoon. It quit working the week after Christmas and it's been so cold these past couple of weeks that my wife and I were like iceberg. Within a few minutes, Ethan had isolated the problem and he went to his truck to get the new part and replaced the old part. He showed me what was wrong with the part, then he spent the next hour checking over our 25 year old heater to make sure everything was working like it should. He was very professional and very methodical in his work. We had a nice talk while he was checking things out. The cost surprised me. I had been expecting something in the $300-500 range. His cost to me was under $200. I cannot say enough good things about Ethan, his work and his cost for our repair. I will recommend him without hesitation to anybody who needs their furnace repaired!

After posting my need for a repair on my Williams vintage wall heater Ethan called me within a minute of the post. He was at my home within a hour, diagnosed the problem (dead motor for the blower fan) and had placed an order for a replacement fan prior to leaving my home. Couldn't be happier with his engaging personality and his professionalism!
