Ethan Pogue from Design Air was hired to perform re-ducting work, to better balance the heating system in my home. He did a wonderful job! He was on time, had a great attitude, and performed the job perfectly. I have also had Ethan over to perform other work, not just the Heating system. He has been very helpful in doing various "handyman" services, all performed perfectly. He is very knowledgeable about house construction, and can repair most everything. He recently replaced the motor in my refrigerator! Additionally, Ethan is trustworthy, This is very important to me. I appreciate his efficient and conscientious work habits. I highly recommend him for any job you may have.

Ethan Pogue, of Design Air Heating & A/C, arrived on time to perform a service visit on the heating system. He did an exemplary job, in an efficient manner, and displayed cleanliness in his work habits. I did not have to clean up after he left, the way I sometimes need to do after other companies' service people. The price he charged was far less than other companies that I have used for the same service. Mr. Pogue is a true pro in his field, and his expertise is clearly evident during the course of discussing the work that needed to be done. I will most definitely use his services again, and I can recommend him without reservations to anyone who needs quality service performed.

Ethan was on time, clean in his work habits, and polite. He discussed my options after finding out what was wrong with my wall furnace which had only had the Gas Company check ups annually. Seems I needed a bit of clean up on the ignition (it was ugly) switch and all other systems check out. Would recommend him. He is knowledgeable about the current energy efficient furnaces too.
