Great service. My AC stopped cooling last week, a very hot week, and I had to deal with home warranty red tape for repairs; never easy or straightforward but John from Freedom Mechanical Solutions came to the rescue as a result. I was very impressed with my initial contact (a personal phone call) and he was able to come the next day for which I received automated scheduling texts and arrival alerts. John pretty quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and the cooling was working in short order. A couple of hours later my Nest Thermostat stopped cooling so I called John and he returned to take a look and had that fixed in a few minutes. That was above and beyond and I appreciated him returning a second time. John is very knowledgeable, competent and respectful and I highly recommend him and Freedom Mechanical Solutions.
