+ 0 moreThe initial installation took about three weeks time. It has taken over six months to finish the last two items on the punch list and some things still don't work. Take your business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Had Ultimate Control replace an alarm system. It was a very custom job and their installer was knowledgeable and did a decent job. Everything was going fine until they laid off the installer and they went silent. It took them two months to get back to me and they promised to order the final parts to finish the job. Three more months went by with me calling and emailing the alarm manager, the service manager and finally the owner/president every week with no answer. Their phones now go directly to an answering service and they don't return phone calls. They finally sent a guy out to install the last two keypads but they still don't work and they have not called since to follow-up.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT SERVICE FROM JAY CASTRO. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. HE WORKED OVERTIME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO GET THE JOB DONE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED HOME THEATER AND STEREO SYSTEM, ENABLED WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FOR COMPUTERS, AND INSTALLED TELEPHONE SYSTEM.
