Good communication and good work

I was very impressed with the quality work done on my residential property. They did a second driveway on the side of my house and it is exactly what I wanted. Very clean job. The owner even sprayed all the weeds I had before doing the job because he knew I was concerned about weeds. Now I have weed killer and asphalt. I wont get any weeds. The owner managed the job also and answered all our questions.

Very unprofessional, he did not complete the job, he destroyed my mailbox, the asphalt is already falling apart, paid him in full, he is not responding to me.

Crooks... Took full payment of over 20k for repaving our driveway and it immediately started coming up and crumbling (pics available)! After numerous calls to Daniel, he finally called back and gave me a sob story about a family member dying and promised to redo the driveway and "make it right." More unanswered calls. And its now two months later. NO communication. NO new asphalt as promised. NO refund. Left us high and dry and LIED. We got screwed and are now having to take further action. After getting a second opinion, we were told materials used as well as technique were unacceptable and cheap. STEER CLEAR of these scumbags.

I checked his license and when I paid him his license is suspended according the the contractors license board. Home Advisor had no clue. Daniel never responded for my request to have him come out and check the job that had turned to gravel in areas.

Daniel and his crew did a great job on our parking lot. They were friendly and fast. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Had the best idea for how to solve a drainage problem with a minimum of material. Responded quickly and was able to perform the work right away. All bids received were similar so appears to be reasonable value. Would hire them again.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job.

Overall, very satisfied with the final job. It was only a small project to expand the street area near the driveway and then recoat both the new and old areas. Vastly improves the look of the approach to the paver driveway and the house.

Dan was very responsive to my initial request, provided a quick and accurate estimate, and completed our project within one week.

Owner well versed /personable. Discussed concerns prior to job awarded. Workers either were not told or ignored owners concerns. Owner(Daniel) not on job--property destroyed. Home owner contacted a specialist whose conclusion was property destroyed and not correctable,.. Daniel make well aware of concerns both prior to job starting and after destruction of owners property. Owner has documented issues with Daniel both verbally and in writing with no response although Daniel has personally seen damage, Workers need to be supervised--lawsuits could result if workers not supervised in future jobs.
