It went well and we're very happy with the results.

Came out and informed us that only person that could do repair was Casa Blanca repairman / I take responsibility for not having my wife clarify that he was able to do repair prior to coming out / He was very professional and did what he could to reduce the noise the units were making but was not able to repair / we contacted the Casa Blanca repair man and he came out and replaced the flywheels which were identified by the electrician /

He responded right away. I left a message and he got back within a few hours. Was right on time and had ideas on how to replace things. He tested everything to make sure it was the fan itself and not the wiring leading to the fan. He replaced it and everything turned out great.

Chris did an excellent job. He had good suggestions for doing the job more efficiently; saved me some money on buying the fixtures over what I would have paid buying them myself. Came when he said he would, worked late if necessary, to bring task to completion, used drop cloths to protect floors and furniture, cleaned up well and did not leave a mess. He was very available for help after installation. By coincidence, a circuit blew the day after he finished - I called him, thinking it was related to the work he did, and he came out right away to check it out and fix it, and explained clearly what caused the fault. I will definitely call him again if we have more electrical work.
