They didn't pack things well, they just dumped things into boxes. They charged us for cartons that we provided and packed. They did not follow instructions on the several shelves we had labeled do not pack. They loaded cartons labeled for Goodwill. They packed household cleaners which are illegal to move. They packed way more cartons than we needed and then stuffed them with paper which ran up the charge. This whole move was a disaster. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: They estimated $3,187.00, but charged us $5,411.00 after they got here. They did not provide us with a weight slip for the scale which is required by law. They moved us from Gilroy to Palmdale.

I have used the company for 20 years. I have hired them for home and office moves. During this particular move, there were 4 men packing and loading the items in California. In Washington, there were two men who unloaded the items in 6 hours. This is a family ran business with many years of experience. The primary contact is Jeff.
Description of Work: I had a 53 foot vehicle filled with my personal possessions. The moving company cleared an entire home from my mother's Caramel Valley residence along with picking up some furniture from my San Jose home. They hauled it to Washington State. The company packed and crated the items. There was nothing broke during the move.

THEY WERE MORE THAN FAIR ON THE PRICE. THEY WERE ON TIME & THEY ARE A GOOD GROUP OF GUYS TO HELP MOVE YOU. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, & CAUTIOUS WITH OUR THINGS.
