Description of Work: Misc jobs including fixing some barbed wire on a fence, putting up a curtain rod, putting up a magnetic mesh screen, hung up some xmas lights for me for when the time comes and some other misc jobs. |Although he was a little late, he did a wonderful job and surprised me with some excellent creative solutions to some problems i had on a couple of things. Use him--he's excellent.

Francisco showed up on time and saved us a bundle as we were convinced we needed a new water heater. He fixed the problems very quickly and even traveled out to Los Banos to do the work. We were so happy we went out that night with some of the money we saved. It is nice to know there are still honest friendly people out there who are not outt o rip you off. Thanks again Francisco!
Description of Work: Fixed Leaky shutoff valve and pressure relief valve. Replaced thermocouple also.
