Erick's attention to detail was second to none. We did extensive replacement of all interior doors and door frames, floor boards, chair rail and miscellaneous scribe work. The quality of work and commitment to perfection shows. Our house is better for it. Erick was a clear communicator throughout the project, and when we did encounter unforeseen house challenges, he always had options which he reviewed with us. I'd hire Erick again and recommend him.

Erick worked on a couple of projects for me. He was good at explaining what he thought was the best course of action. Also flexible as unexpected issues arose. He was good at communicating. I would hire him again.

Erick is in the process of finishing a large Batu deck, stair case, stairs, some masonry work and a few other small projects. His work is beyond perfection. He studies the problem and comes up with solutions that totally work. He stays in contact with us and is easy to work with. We happily recommend him. We still have a few more projects for him and will have him back to finish these projects in the near future.

Erick did an great job replacing our kitchen faucet and microwave. He returned my call right away and was able to come out with in a few days. I would definitely hire him again.

Erick re-built our 1000 sq ft deck, railings, arbor and privacy wall. Great customer service, communication and attention to detail.

They were very professional - I received prior notification, arrived on time, did a great job , cleaned the job site. Eric is very meticulous, he also helped me move a piece of plywood I had. They are my to go people now.

Did a very good job replacing my exterior garage door. Did stucco repair around the door, trimmed inside, hauled old material and cleaned up around the work area.

Erick did a fantastic job tearing down our old deck and building a new one. The final redwood deck is gorgeous! You can tell he takes pride in his work. He is very meticulous about the details. I would definitely hire him again.

A beam supporting an upstairs room was removed and replaced.. A wall 12'tx8.5' was termite infested was torn down and replace with all new wood.The wall repaired and re-sheet rocked. This project also involved tearing down the stucco on the front porch and also redone. Bottom line...this was a major project. I rate this a top notch job! I would recommend ET Construction, and already have.

I hired Eric to strengthen and refinish two decks at my mother's house. The redwood deck didn't look good because the people who did the work previously just continued to put layer after layer of sealer on the deck. Eric and his helper took the time and planed and sanded every board until he got back down to the original redwood color. He rebuilt parts of both decks that need repair to make the decks safer. When he was finished the deck look brand new at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend Eric and his team.

ET did a great job making the deck stronger and safer. Our deck had been refinished several times before and each time the new person just added more sealer over the finish that was there. The wood no longer looked like redwood. Eric and his crew stripped all those layers of finish off until it was down to the wood again. He was also able to repair/replace some wood damaged areas of the deck with hard to find clear redwood. When the deck was finished, it looked like a million dollars. He did a great job.

We hired ET to replace the battery in a smoke detector that was installed in a hard to reach high ceiling above a staircase. He was prompt and got the job done for a reasonable amount.
