I called Rich the day before for an appointment and he agreed to come in next day morning. He arrived early and started the work and finished on time. He also agreed to mark the tests as urgent for the lab as I was running short on time for repair. I got the report back in 2 days and Rich emailed it to me and also called me up to let me know that the results are in. I am very happy with the services he provided and will go to him again if needed

Very well. I was pleased with their work and they were very pleasant to work with. The problem turned out to be less than I thought it might be.

It was actually for my aunt's house, not for my own home. It was an individual, he came in and took some air samples of where the affected areas where and took some outdoor air samples as a comparison to indicate that there was more in the house than what occurs naturally outside. We just kind of had to take his word on what the results were. I thought he was very good.

Richard arrived on time, was thorough and was easy to work with.

Richard was simply great. Our kids loved him and he was able to work even with our four-year-old shadowing him and asking him what he was doing. He identified several issues that could be corrected inexpensively and quickly. (Our house is apparently way more humid indoors than we realized.) Most of the intial recommendations centered on improving ventilation and removing moisture from the air. He clearly explained how the moisture was accumulating in certain areas of the house and reassured us that even if more invasive treatment were warranted, it would cost far less than we feared. He is very knowledgeable, a good listener and has a very reassuring manner about him. I wish I had called him months ago and I would recommend him to anyone.

He was nice to work with. The test results weren't good, but he was great. He was punctual and explained everything he was doing, and the detailed report explained the next step.

For molds I used Richard Gray. He is called Certified Environmental. The overall experience was an 'A'. He was very thorough and fast. He is great. I would give him an 'A' for each category.

Richard helped me in reviewing two mold reports from two other mold inspection companies. Richard explained the reports to me along with course of action with out charging me. Richard suggestion was very helpful for me. I am very grateful to Richard.

Richard was unable to answer my questions about the odor, but dedicated a generous amount of his time to hear my concerns and provide some helpful suggestions. I appreciated his professionalism.

Rich is very professional, thorough and responsive. We were forced out of our house due to a highly toxic mold situation. Rich conducted the tests over the weekend and got us the results as soon as possible. He also helped us mediate a difficult situation with the provider. I would definitely highly recommend Rich.

Everything went fine. He was an enjoyable person and he was very thorough. So we enjoyed it. Luckily we didn’t have any problems and so that made it even better. There were no additional services. He didn’t find any problems and everything looked good. The price was a real good deal.

Richard really cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond to make sure that they are taken care of, even by third party contractors. Simply outstanding.

My first concern was that this company is located approximately 5 hours from my home. Next, over several days, I was provided with the names and eventually telephone numbers of four individuals that were going to call me (within hours) to schedule the appointment. As of this writing no one has contacted me to confirm a scheduled date. I do not appreciate what has transpired thus far and do not care to continue with this company. Please provide the refund. Thank you.

Richard Gray was very professional and thorough. He isolated two sources of mold and offered various suggestions for remediation. Following his advice, my house has been mold free for almost a year.

Not good at all. First, he charged me $450 which I later found out other service providers will do the inspection for free. Second, his recommendation was to "repair the leak in the shower". So, I called a plumber and took time off from work. There was no leak. I ended up not only wasting my time, and the plumber's time, but paying $200 to have a hole put in the wall. I then had to have the drywall put back in, sealed, and repainted. It did not look the same. The plumber went into the crawlspace to look for the "mushroom growth" that was indicated in Richard's report. The plumber did not see such evidence; and spoke on the phone with Richard about it. Richard then back peddled and said he had a picture of one small mushroom. Richard said he could not believe that his testing equipment and report were incorrect about the leak in the shower. He offered to help pay for the expense. Only he did not. Instead, he came over and provided the test again...this time for "free" "at his cost." He never reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses for $200 for the plumber as he promised. Richard also recommended pasteurization from his favorite referral partner, PW Stevens. This cost me over $2500. I later found out from a real estate agent that it was her experience that these don't need to be done as there is always evidence of mVoc in the air. So, Richard made money for himself and his referral partner and provided suspect recommendations. Call someone who does the test for free.

Rich and his daughter Jayce were great. Very nice people, very diligent, and prompt. They checked the walls for moisture and did all the required mold testing. And Rich told me what his nose was telling him?that he didn't smell any mold. The test results, which came just two days later, backed him up. It's one of those businesses where you hope you never need anybody, but when you do, you want to deal with people as nice and competent as Rich and Jayce.
