Big Kahuna Pools

Well, I could have driven all the way to my rental and taken care of my pool for the cost of this contractor. He only put chemicals in my pool and didn't scrub or do anything else. And, then demands money and goes on vacation on my dime. What is it with contractors? They take your money but don't do the job. I will have to look at other options for a solution. "D" rating, no more divas!

His pricing is reasonable. Overall work is great.

From the beginning Joe was willing to take the time to speak with us regarding what he needed to do and answer any questions we had. Joe has always been approachable and offered sound recommendations for some of the unique problems we originally had with our pool. He's also been very reliable and trustworthy. I hired Joe / Big Kahuna Pools to perform regular weekly pool service at my home. They have been servicing my pool for two months now and they are doing an excellent job. They come around the same time every week and are prompt to notify me if there will be a change in the time when they will be here. They noticed some things wrong with one of my skimmer doors and baskets on my pool, discussed what materials and costs to replace the items and had them fixed for me the very next week. I received a promotional pricing deal when I signed up, however I believe their regular rates are very reasonable as well. I have been incredibly satisfied with their services thus far and would recommend this company to anyone with a pool who is looking for weekly service as well as maintenance or repair work.
