Very thorough, reasonably priced, great job overall.

Showed up an hour and half late. Charged us for time they were not here, and refused to charge for actual time worked.

They gave an estimate in seconds and showed up early the next day! When they areived, they finished in an hour and a half! Quick and easy to work with!

The service guy never skipped a beat and the areas he had to clean were extensive. The concrete and flagstone are all clean and sparkling! I will want them to come every year

We had moss growing on roof. They chemically treated the roof to kill the moss.

Arrived two hours later than expected with no phone call. Spent less than 30 minutes on the roof. The roof still has debris on it.

Cleaning gutters in the rain, because huge Rayford Ash did not dip leaves until December!

I spoke to Trey by phone and described the job. After he looked at an online photo of my house he gave me a price for the job of $250. This is about twice what I had paid with another service but I agreed since the job included gutters and roof. When it came time to do the job there was an additional fee of $100 for him using a harness and an additional $75 for roof cleaning, which, he said, was only half of the usual roof cleaning fee. Huh? The original estimate INCLUDED roof and gutters and there was never a mention of a harness fee. In the end it cost $425 for a job that was quoted by phone as costing $250. So it cost 70% over the quoted cost. To add insult to injury, one of his crew, perhaps accidentally, left with a small whisk broom of mine that they used for cleanup. Trey seemed like a nice guy but he really needs to improve his communication skills and stick to the quoted price. In spite of all that, the work was good but I'd never use them again.

For the work they did it was overestimated and overpriced.
