+ 0 moreNobody is perfect. Our veranda will need to be professionally power washed to remove spilled stucco mortar that was not cleaned properly. Cleanup of removed shingles was very good but, again, not perfect. Overall I am very pleased and would use them again. There quote was one of the lowest. Pricing was more than fair considering extra work unknown at time of quote. They were VERY fair in the pricing of that additional work. Initial contact with the owner months before the work was completed was shaky. We did not start out well. He was very busy and wanted me to sign a contract without ever meeting anyone face to face. Once we got together, it was fine.
Description of Work: All Phase replaced all the ridge, which was defective, and most of the starter course of our composition roof. House was built in 1992. They also replaced a defective "cricket" or hog valley and repaired a leak near a chimney I was not aware existed. They also raised one of my gutter sections and installed one new downspout.

+ 0 moreThe estimate was right on the money. There were no hidden costs or surprises. All Phase Roofing did a very good job for us and there cleanup was great. There was not a drop of anything left behind. I am very happy and have already referred them to others.
Description of Work: All Phase Roofing removed disposed of an old tile roof and gutters. They then replaced the roof with asphalt shingles that are guaranteed for life. Our home is around 2600 square feet.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional. After they gave us the bid they came out right away and put on the roof. Their estimate was right on the dollar. They did a real good job. I would use them again. Their quote wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the most expensive either.
