Ac's Window Cleaning

AC window cleaning did an amazing job cleaning all of our windows!!! I am so happy to have sparkling, clean windows after years of grime! We have a 2 story home with large, small, arched and narrow panel windows ... so many windows!! They got their ladders up and perfectly cleaned every single window and screen. I have to admit that we didn't clean our windows for years, so they had to do a lot more work than usual to get our dirty windows and tracks clean (yes, they cleaned our dirty, disgusting window and sliding door tracks!) I would highly recommend them to anyone. And will be using them in the future for all of our window and solar panel cleaning!!

I knew if I waited long enough, my windows would somehow, magically, get clean. I'd used just about every excuse to get out of it -- sun was my eyes, my dog ate my ladder (which was a totally legit excuse at the time), ... Lo and behold, ACs Window Cleaning service was discovered and all was well once again in our household. Our house has "the works" done today -- solar panels, power washing driveway/walkway and, of course, the windows. Everything looks spectacular now. Solar generation is up, mold and grime on the driveway is gone, and all the windows and skylights are clean as a whistle. Thank you AC's Window Cleaning! Thumbs up to the family business!

We will only use Benjamin for our window washing from here on out.

It went well. He was punctual (even a bit early) and worked until finished.

Amazing! Every window was perfectly cleaned and put back together! Benjamin didn't leave a spot on anything! It rained a few days later and he called to let me know he would be happy to re-clean anything that was rained on. Great guy!

Benjamin was one of few the contractors who called me back right away and came out quickly to give me a quote. He gave me a very fair price and was able to come a couple of days later on the weekend to do the actual cleaning. I really appreciated this as some of the other contractors said they would be busy for weeks. He cleaned the gutters manually, which is what I specifically asked for. He did a very thorough job. He was at my house for 3-4 hours. There are a few spots he missed due to branches being in the way, but he said if I got those trimmed, he could come back and do those spots also. Overall I am very pleased with Benjamin's work. My only suggestion is that I would have liked to have gotten a receipt even though I didn't specifically think of asking for one until he had already left. He suggested I get the cleaning yearly after the rains, and I would not hesitate to use him again. I hope this will be the start of yearly service with him. He did such a great job that I am considering hiring him for pressure washing.

Ben did a fantastic job and went above and beyond our expectations. He was responsive, courteous and safe. He came out on a Saturday and started working but it started to sprinkle. To be safe, he stopped and agreed to come back the following day (a Sunday) to finish the job at no additional cost for his travel time. I would highly recommend Ben and plan on calling him again in the future.

I have used AC's Windows for many years, to do all the windows in my house a couple of times a year. I had Ben at AC's Windows wash my windows in June, in preparation for having wood shutters installed. In addition to doing his usual fast, thorough job, Ben pointed out an area of one of my large, dual-pane windows that was defective. I never would have noticed, but evidently the seal had broken and moisture was trapped between the panels. I've since called and the installer will replace that glass. But kuddos to Ben for pointing it out. I would not use any other service for window cleaning.

This is the 4th time we have used the services of AC's Window cleaning. Ben Corpuz, the owner of the company does a great job and we are always very pleased with his work.

Benjamin promptly returned my phone call on Monday. He stopped by that same day to give me an estimate. Benjamin kindly squeezed my job in on Thursday so I could have the windows cleaned before my party on Saturday. All my windows and screens were cleaned beautifully! He even cleaned my mirrored closet doors, which I wasn't expecting. One screen needed to be repaired so Benjamin offered to take it home, repair it, and return it the next day. Benjamin was very polite and thorough. We will definitely use AC's Window Cleaning service again.

Ben returned my first phone call promptly and came and did an estimate in advance of his visit. He was on time to do the estimate and called the Saturday morning we had agreed upon for the work to let me know that he would be there within a half hour. He and his son arrived and set to work quickly and quietly. They had plenty of clean towels for window washing and a small vacuum for the dusty blinds and door rails. They worked around our two golden retrievers and Ben even let the dogs in and out as he was washing the sliding glass door! The windows look great and Ben cleaned our gutters without making a mess of our sidewalks and backyard. The job actually went about an hour faster than expected and Ben offered to lower the price we had agreed on, but I was thrilled with the work performed and was happy to pay the $140. Overall, I was very pleased with Ben's work and that of his son.

Spoke to Ben on the phone to ask about his service on a Monday and he had time that day to come to house to give us an estimate. He arrived at stated time, took a look at the house and gave me an estimate. I booked his services right than for that same week. Ben arrived at his stated time on the day the work was done. He did a great job on cleaning our windows and was very careful in working around our furniture inside and our plants on the outside of the house that were near windows. This is the third company I have had to our home to clean our windows and the past two companies I had used, the jobs were "OK", but not great. From now on, AC's window cleaning will be my choice for all future window cleaning!

Benjamin was on time, very polite, professional. Reasonably priced both in window washing and new screens. He did a very good, thorough job. Windows shine, window seals cleaned and vacuumed. Very neat and organized. He is very eager to work and to satisfy. Best experience I have had with window companies. Very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND ASKED HOW WE WOULD LIKE IT DONE. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE JOB AFTER THEY WERE DONE AND EVEN WENT AROUND THE HOUSE CLEANING COB WEBS.
