We had a rat infestation in our attic. Chris came out, took a look and worked up a quote which involved setting unarmed traps with food to get the rats used to the traps, setting the traps and then coming out every few days to see how many rats were trapped. There?s an initial setup fee, then charges for each service trip until you have two trips with no rats. After that, they do exclusion work to make sure they can?t get back in. I?m very happy with the service they provided. They were very professional and thorough and did a great job. Appointment scheduling over email was very prompt and very convenient. It took a couple of weeks and a few phone calls to get the quote after the initial visit, but other than that everything went great. The rats are gone and I?d absolutely use them again. They told me they handle any time of animal with a spine.

Both the lady scheduling appointments in office and Chris who did the services are friendly. Chris was also very punctual to teh appointment time, knowledgeable about the job, and very detail-oriented. I was referred by my mom's boss. I hope I will never need this kind of service again (that's why I put and quot;Noand quot; to the question above and quot;Would you use this provider in the future?and quot;), but I would go back to ABC and recommend to people if things happen and if others have pest and animal issues.

Besides temporarily netting major parts of the roof, especially around the chimney, Chris also put permanent netting over any outside attic vents and the porch ceiling. He was thorough, explaining everything completely as he went through the process. He came back to remove the nets (about 10 days later as I recall) and plug up the little spaces and holes around the chimney. He always kept his appointments, arrived on schedule, and was conscientious, He was very knowledgeable. We have not had any further problems with bats or evidence that they have reestablished their habitat at our house. I was waiting to write this review as I wanted to make sure that the method used really worked in getting rid of the bats. It did! We have not had any problems for nine months.

The price was reasonable. The person was very friendly and competent, and he came when he said he would. He really knew what he was doing.

Wanted to find out what could be done with basement. Questions were answered with one or two words. Attendant is always in a hurry to get to the next job.

They were very fast, which was great!
