+ -1 moreThe job went very well. Alatini was very flexible and fair when we changed the scope of the project from a simple slab to a full fledged foundation. He was open to accommodate all of our special requests. We like to supervise closely when contractors work at our house, and Alatini was welcoming to this participation. It is an over built foundation for a cottage (as required by our city code), some freeways are probably not as well built.
Description of Work: Installation of new 12x16 concrete slab in backyard with 2'x8' step (we built a cottage on this foundation). The work included: ground preparation, base rock layer, forming perimeters of slab and footing, rebar, meeting city inspector, pouring concrete, and finishing concrete removing forms.
