Pacific Communities - Eagle

I would not recommend them. I have had nothing but problems. They build your home quickly, but they don’t build a quality home and then they don’t respond back when you need stuff done. They rush you through your walkthrough and then they want you to sign off on everything that they fixed everything when they haven’t.

Todd and Debi have been terrific! They are friendly and knowledgeable. Pacific Eagle also works with a fabulous mortgage company, imortgage. The whole loan process and contract were easy to understand and quickly handled. Todd walks the house with me weekly to make sure everything is progressing and all of my upgrades are installed were requested. He was also very helpful with selecting countertops and cabinets. Together Todd and Debi make sure I am aware of cut off dates and answer any questions I have. This is the third house I have had built in Riverside County and this is the best builder I've worked with. I look forward to moving into my new home sometime in August.
