Daniel Cardinel first discussed/ ball-park estimated our project to remove and replace bathtub/shower walls; then he and his partner came to do on-site measuring and estimate. Afterwards, they provided us with a thorough, itemized formal estimate. Their price is reasonable also, but we ended up with other company because of other considerations. Over all, I am impressed with how responsive and professional Daniel is throughout this process and would definitely consider him for future jobs.

He and his brother did a very professional job I will be using them again in 2016.

He arrived on time and I showed him my main concern which was the second story rain gutter which was not attached in several locations. I was hoping he could use a ladder, but since we are on a hill he could not find the necessary footing for the ladder and therefore he need to gain access on by way of the roof. He took care as he walked not he roof He then noticed that many nails had come loose from my metal roof. I told him to do his best in locating all of them and pound them back into the roof. We have a large roof and it took him about one hour of pounding. I then had him clean the gutters for my house. He used his own equipment to do this job and made suggestions for me to buy something at the local hardware stores to fix a few problems that he had noticed. Finally I had him remove a metal awning. This needed to be done because we plan to replace our windows and had to make sure the awning was gone. He again did a very professional job and hauled away the old awning. He had all necessary equipment and ladders to do all that was asked. His manner was always very professional and friendly. He spent almost four hours doing tasks that made my life easier.

Daniel and his assistant, Johnny, arrived promptly at the designated time. His friendliness and professional demeanor put me at ease immediately. He set to work on assembling two chairs, coffee and end tables, and worked steadily, focused on the job at hand. Even though the time ran over the two hours that I had reserved, he didn't charge me for the extra time and even offered help with hanging pictures which was appreciated, although declined since I didn't want to monopolize more of his time. I liked Daniel's website which clearly listed his prices and offers the option of buying increments of time. I purchased the 2-hour block of time, then called Daniel to set up the date and time which fell on Saturday morning of that week. Do not hesitate to hire Daniel for large and small home projects. He's a true professional, a pleasure to work with, and he will get the job done.
