Lee's Drywall Repair

Mr. Lee was the best of the best! Professional, Prompt, Courteous, Really Really Good at matching the different textures of the dry wall repair that he had to do in our home. If you need any drywall work and you do not use Mr. Lee you are making a gigantic mistake. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how he accomplished the difficult job he had to do in our home and did it perfectly. It may seem like I am gushing about Mr. Lee, but he did an outstanding job. Finding Mr. Lee through Angie's List made my day a whole lot easier. THANKS

Wow! Mr. Lee was amazing! He very quickly came for an estimate at a time that worked for us. He started two days later and took three days in repairing our home - even though he had expected to take four. He did very extensive work on some damaged stucco on our house and rebuilt and put new stucco on one of the pillars in the front of the house. The stucco matches almost exactly the color of the original stucco. He then went through our entire house repairing the texture that had been damaged by the previous owners or from damage where we had removed two large shelving areas that had been built into the house. He matched the texture exactly. Once painted it will be impossible to see where the damage existed. He also found and repaired a couple cracks that had not been noticed when he did the estimate. We HIGHLY recommend Mr. Lee and would definitely have him do work for us in the future! He is a true craftsman!

We had three damaged areas fixed by Mr. Lee. The first and the largest was where I put my foot through the ceiling drywall while working in the attic, the other two was damaged plaster on the ceiling. He fixed everything in about three hours and you could barley tell there was any work done, once I paint any repair work will be invisible. Some of the best drywall work I have ever seen. Mr. Lee is highly recommended.

This man is the real deal... a master of his craft. My house was a real challenge. The home is over 50 years old, I had numerous electrical relocation's which resulted in probably 15 or more holes to be patched. I had removed fixtures in kitchen and bathroom to have recessed lighting installed, also removed a portion of soffet in the kitchen. I was on DIY over load and decided I could also remove a portion of a wall between the living room and dining room. While in this destructive mood I also decided to use lost space between studs and drywall in the bathroom for a niche by the vanity. Need to mention I had the electrician leave a little pot light hanging in the space. I have been saving pictures of what I had in mind before tearing all this stuff out. I showed the picture to Lee and he finished it perfectly. When all was said and done he was able to match existing texture on all the walls.

Mr. Lee did an outstanding job. He fully explained the steps to getting the perfect match. We are very happy with his work.

I was very happy with the work done by Lee. We have a normal track home and the texture on the walls is slightly different for every room. He was able to match the drywall and there is no evidence of patch work on the ceilings or walls from running wires and installing can lights. He did an amazing job, was prompt, clean, efficient, and very reasonably priced.

water heater burst and we had wall water damage in 3 areas - The water restoration team was going going to cut drywall in order to dry. We contacted Mr. Lee for drywall repair based upon his Angie's lsit reviews. Mr. Lee came out to the house the same day as the call, looked at all 3 areas and provided us with a quote. He also worked with us to schedule his return to coincide with the completion of the wall drying and new water heater installation. Fortunately for us, but unfortunately for Mr. Lee, our walls were able to be dried without having to do any drywall cutting. In the end we cancelled the work. This was such a stressful few days for us and it must be noted that Mr. Lee was extremely professional, timely and truly made me feel as though I didn't need to worry about anything else in terms of the potential repair. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him highly to others based upon the service he provided to us. It's not everyday that you feel bad that you are unable to give someone the business!

Called and left message to come for estimate. Returned call within the hour and came to give estimate same day. Very reasonable quote so hired him on the spot. Mr Lee arrived as scheduled the next day. He worked diligently and completed repair within 5 hours. He was very kind and respectful of us and our home. He is excellent at his craft and matched ceiling stucco to perfection. Highly Recommend Mr Lee!

The walls looked like someone had shot it full of holes with a grenade launcher and I wasn't sure if it could even be repaired. Also had a small section of ceiling to be repaired. I gave Lee's Drywall a call and he asked if I wanted him to come out for an estimate or just send pics of the problem. I opted to send pics and he gave me a call first thing the next morning with an estimate. Price was reasonable and he was available that weekend -- so I hired him. Jinsoon showed up on time and got right to work. He's very professional and did an excellent job taping everything off with plastic sheets so the rest of the house didn't get messy. He kept me informed on any concerns, such as mold inside the ceiling section that had been replaced, and did a thourough job scraping off the adhesive, filling the "bullet holes" and getting the walls back in shape. Final step was to shoot the texture and match the rest of the wall -- and thats this guys niche. It matched perfectly, the wall is perfectly flush and looks like the entire wall was replaced with brand new drywall. I'll definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him.

House built in 1950s and ceiling had a light orange peel pattern. Lee matched perfectly.

We took out a built-in shelf above the sink in our master bath, leaving a gaping hole in the drywall. Mr. Lee came out for the estimate, gave us a fair rate; we accepted, and he came back the next day to do the job. We are completely satisfied with his workmanship. Even though we are remodeling the whole master bath and have the subfloor showing at the moment, he was very careful to not make a mess; in fact, we were amazed at how clean and dust-free the area was afterward. After using him, we will recommend him to all our family and friends. He was a pleasure to work with!

Mr. Lee job was well done and timely. Found one additional repair, notified me how much the additional work would cost and then proceeded to complete job.

I conatacted Mr. Lee and he came over a day later to give me a quote. I waited about a week to get other quotes and went with Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee arrived on time and started right away. He taped up plastic to contain the debris which was nice that there was no dust. When he finished everything was clean and the ceiling looked just like it did before. He was done in the time he said he would be and also fixed a spot on my wall that he did not have to do. I would highly recommend Mr. Lee because he arrived on time, completed the job in the time he said he would and has fair prices.

The whole experience from the initial call to Lee's Drywall and Repair to job completion was great! My first nice surprise - he called me back! He showed up on the date we agreed on and even at the correct time for the estimate appointment and walked me through the whole process of what would be done, the time it would take, cost, and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. We made an appointment to do the laundry room, bathroom corner piece, and a future appointment for another bathroom that needed a drywall ceiling replaced due to water damage. excellent work, had two different textures on the two walls, one was orange peal and the other Spanish style, both matched perfectly. Whole job took about 2.5 hours, arrived exactly on-time, takes much pride in his work and attention to detail.

I emailed Mr. Lee through Angie's list and he got right back to me. He came out the next day when he said he would, gave us an estimate and said he could fix up the drywall on the spot. We went ahead and had him do the work and it turned out fantastic. He not only patched it beautifully but matched the drywall pattern perfectly. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows!

Mr. Lee was very punctual on the day of the estimate and the 3 days he worked on our house. I explained I need the work done as fast as possible due to insurance cancellation if not repaired within 2 weeks. He started 2 days later, and work was completed in 3 days. He used a grinder and removed old stucco and large portions of the under coat (brown coat) on day 1. Day 2 in the pouring rain all day long replaced the brown coat. Day 3 replaced texture coat. Mr. Lee did a wonderful job, the color and texture looks great. He left the area neat and clean. I was very impressed with his work. I would recommend him for any stucco repair.

Mr. Jinsoo Lee was on time. He came on the same day, did a very professional job and cleaned up.

He was excellent. Mr. Lee came out and gave a great quote compared to another company. He came the next day and repaired the entire ceiling. He also provided additional work and charged a small fee. I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond and found mold in the ceiling and replaced that as well.

Lee's Drywall & Plaster Repair were excellent. We used him twice on two consecutive days. He is really an artist. He matched the paint beautifully. Any problems that we had he touched up with plaster and/or drywall, and would paint. And that paint was beautiful. He had a chip in a corner of a wall that goes from one room to another and he fixed that. You can't tell that anything was repaired! He also did something on the outside with drywall. He took his time and didn't just do a sloppy job. He wants to do an artistic job, and what he delivers is great.

Mr. Lee came out and viewed the work and submitted a written estimate. In my opinion it was reasonable for the work involved. I accepted his estimate and we scheduled the work to be done the following week. Mr.Lee arrived promptly on the date and time agreed upon. Prior to Mr. Lee's arrival I had removed two more sections of drywall and it was necessary to renegotiate the estimate. Mr. Lee gave us a fair adjusted cost for the additional work. It took Mr. Lee two days to complete the job. He places plastic sheeting on the floor and tapes off the entire work area from ceiling to floor, he is very considerate of your home and makes every effort to leave your house just the way he found it. His work is excellent and he blended all of the repairs perfectly. I will be using him again for some additional repairs in the near future.
