Lee's Drywall Repair

Working with Mr. Lee was a pleasure. He responded to my request immediately, giving a fair price quote, and was available to do the repair at my earliest convenience. Mr. Lee was very meticulous in the prep work, making sure our furniture was out of the way or properly covered. The work area was contained and had no dust or loose dry wall particles outside of his work area. He was also meticulous in the finishing work, perfectly matching the texture leaving no trace of a repair. He did a great job of cleaning up, making sure there was no dry wall particles left on our hardwood floors. I have had the exact kind of work done in the same area as there was a leak before needing drywall repair. The previous work was by far inferior to Mr. Lee's work and I have had experience to do a comparison. I am very impressed with Mr. Lee's service and amazed at how skilled he is at matching the texture.

The pricing is good. I worked directly with Lee. He was extremely professional and showed up on time. He does what he says. Everything was good. I recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Lee came the same day that I called him (Friday) and gave me an estimate for the work. The estimate seemed very reasonable and I agreed to go ahead with the work. He came on the following Monday and started the work. His work is very good and he made a special effort to protect all of the areas he worked in. When he was completed I was very impressed with how it turned out. The blend to match existing was extremely good. He did an excellent job cleaning up when he was done. I would not hesitate to use him again and I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Mr. Lee is the first handyman I ever hired to do work in my house. I had removed the popcorn ceiling on my living room and dining room, entry way, and above the stairs. I needed him to patch up and apply texture coating to the ceilings. I am extremely happy with the results. Lee did a fantastic job on all the ceilings that he worked on. His attention to detail is superb, he works by himself and works very hard to finish the job. He takes pride in his work, his knowledge, and experience is outstanding. We called Mr.Lee yesterday and he said okay I will be there tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. He was here on time and he looked at the wall and quoted a price. We both agreed and he said okay I will start immediately. I should be done with this between 5 and 6 p.m. today. Sure enough he was done around 530 p.m. We had a water leak due to the A.C. and the restoration company ripped the whole wall out.The previous company wanted way too much for this repair and Mr. Lee was reasonable and fair.The huge hole in our wall is no longer there he repaired the wall and ceiling with multiple drywall pieces. He completed it with texture and made sure everything was correct.I would highly recommend Mr. Lee he is dependable, punctual, and has quality work.Excellent service!

Mr. Jinsoo Lee arrived right on time on the day of appointment. I'm very picky about that phase. He proceeded to do the work and completed it in about 21/2 hours. He did not removed the floor covering, since he asked me if I planned to continue finishing the floor base molding and paining the next day, I told him I was planning on that. It turn out that I should have said to removed it, as it was, I had to remove it anyway. He was kind enough to perform a small fix to one of my doors on a bedroom close by. The work turned out excellent. After I painted the part of the walls he fixed the texture blended perfectly.

He was very personable and very proud of his work. He still had a lot of integrity and took pride in what he does.

It went great. He showed up on time and was neat and did the work in the timeframe he told us it would take.

Mr Lee did an amazing job. The orange peel texture of the dry wall was matched perfectly. Unexpectedly, the wall even dried to the same color as our original wall! We won't have to paint over ourselves, phew! More importantly, Mr Lee fixed the problem behind the dry wall with stronger reinforcements and "treated this home like my own." He showed and explained how he would make the repairs and was careful with the clean up as well. Two of the areas of dry wall replacement were at the top of our very high vaulted ceilings, plus it was >90 degrees hot in our house. Despite the less than ideal circumstances, Mr Lee was energetic and always had a positive demeanor/smile, which was so nice to have in our house. I will certainly reach out to him in the future for future repairs or upgrades. Mr Lee is very trustworthy and fair with his prices (we got a range of quotes from other individuals before we went with Lee). I would highly recommend that you give him a call -- we are very happy with his work.

Mr. Lee turned our ugly bedroom into a great room. It is hard to believe that the large cracks and ugly rough texture was ever there when you see it now. He does beautiful work and takes pride in what he does. He was there every day at the time that he said he would be -it took several days because the bedroom was in rough shape. He is very neat and ensures that his work area is clean each day. He is very skilled at his trade and always professional. I would recommend him to anyone seeking plaster repair. He is truly a pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to use him again. This was money very well spent for us.

Mr. Lee was very responsive and i was lucky that he had an opening on the Saturday after I called him (I called Thursday). I manage a duplex property in Loma Linda for my mother and its hard for me to make time to meet with contractors during the week so the weekend availability was great. He arrived promptly at 9 am on Saturday. I walked him through the work that I wanted a quote for, and he was able to give me a written quote right then and there. I asked when he was available and he was ready to go that day if i was fine with the quote. I agreed and we went about preparing the job site by laying down plastic tarp and setting up this equipment. His van is fully stocked and meticulously organized by the type of tools and materials he needs. He was setup to patch everything and had the proper materials at hand. His patching and matching of texture is wonderful. As an Architect I am extremely picky and expect perfection with any job that i hire someone for and my expectations were met. I will definitely keep his contact info in my Landlord Maintenance Rolodex and will definitely be using him again. It makes me feel glad to know that there are still people out there that take great care and time to provide good quality work.

I already referred them to other people. He was very respectful and very clean. He cleaned up everything; he kept it cleaned up everyday. He didn't leave a mess. He was punctual. There was even something that he priced out for me but it turned out to be less worth than he thought it would be and he charged me the lower price.

The service went Very well. Mr Lee showed up promptly, did the work expediently, covered the floor and draped the area with plastic sheating so as to not have debris and dust spread around the room. This was in an older house and they used plaster/cement back in the day...he patched it and even matched the heavy texture...he knows his craft!

Mr Lee came and gave us a quote in October, unlike other providers when I showed him a coupon from Angie's List he didn't jack up the price or came up with other excuses, he actually rounded down the quote. I was undecided about what to do as it was all out of pocket as insurance wouldn't cover it. I called him back a month later and he didn't change the quote on us. Came and did the job in 2 days and cleaned up all the messes from the drywall dust. Very nice man, would recommend him to anyone who needs their drywall done

He was very prompt and friendly. Walk through was fairly quick. Price was too high for our liking, but his customer service was great.

He was very prompt and quietly worked until the job was complete. He did an awesome job matching texture and the kitchen looks great now. His quote was right in-line with 2 other quotes I received. Repairing drywall is the only thing Mr Lee does but he is very good at it. I highly recommend his services and would use him again if needed.

We had some water damage repaired. They did a good job overall. The texture isn't a perfect match, but he is a nice guy and got the job done efficiently. It was satisfactory.

Mr. Lee was very quick to respond and get to our property to fix up the drywall that had water damage from a leak in the AC. He was efficient and did an excellent job not only repairing the drywall but matching the texture on the wall and the ceiling. He takes his craft seriously and considers it an art and treats it that way. We have used him twice now and would highly recommend to others!
