John's Clean Up & Haul

John responded to my emails without delay. Arranged a date and time. Came within hours set and was courteous, helpful and cleaned up anything that fell out during the trips to his truck. He hauled it away! Painless!

John & helper were in and out very quickly.  It was much easier for me than dealing with a city-based pickup where I have to bring everything to the curb myself.

Really nice guy (and his helper). Quick, swept up. Very reasonable, I'm sure my handyman would have charged more.

John and his helper called before coming and arrived at the agreed upon time. They were friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. Within an hour they had cleaned and loaded broken patio furniture and plastic chairs, an old wheelbarrow, table, couch, freezer and an assortment of miscellaneous junk. How they were able to get it all in the truck was a miracle in itself! I will definitely us them again.

John was great! The only day I had available was a Sunday and he said no problem. He arrived on time and got the job done fast and even swept up a little afterwards. Very reasonable prices too!

It was very good. Everything went really well.

Called him at 12 noon on a Saturday to inquire about his service.  I had sofas, china cabinet, porch swing, a table, bed frames, and other stuff amounting to basically about half a garage worth of stuff.  He quoted me over the phone and said he could do the job same day and probably within an hour, which is awesome because same-day service is not common for haulers and even less so on a Saturday.  I gave him the address and true to his word he showed up in about an hour.  Very polite and professional, and he even lowered the quote after he saw what I had.  He and  his helper loaded everything up quickly and carefully and were done in under ten minutes.  Now I can park a car in that garage!  I consider this a very useful service here in California, because the waste management companies make it hard and very expensive for residential customers to bring stuff to the dump, and we all accumulate stuff over time and it can't all be crammed into a trash can or left out at the curb.  If you want a really good rate and very responsive service, then I definitely recommend using John's over the other haulers.  He is very competitive on price, availability and customer satisfaction.

Amazing. Nice job! John provided estimates via text pictures, then took pictures to show what he had done. Very happy with the work.

They came on a sunday morning and  were very fast, professional and just plain awesome!  I've used him before and I'm always happy with the results.  I HIGHLY recommend him. No job too big or too small.

Exchanged a few emails with John about what I needed after taking advantage of a special he ran on the web site. He is quick to reply. I provided a few pictures of what I had to haul off and we agreed it was more than the special covered. We came to an agreement on the extra fee and set a date and time. They called in route as he said they would and they arrived right on time. They loaded their truck which was appropriate for the job and were done very quickly. These guys don't won't waste your time and John was careful to make sure he only took what I asked them to remove. I will use them again when I do my second clean out of the overhead. They were courteous and professional.

This was a great experience.  When I called the provider, he was very pleasant and professional.  We were able to schedule service on the same day.  When he arrived he introduced himself and took inventory of what needed to be done.  The work was completed quickly and without a hitch.  I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely call him again in the future.
