John's Clean Up & Haul

John was great! The only day I had available was a Sunday and he said no problem. He arrived on time and got the job done fast and even swept up a little afterwards. Very reasonable prices too!

It was very good. Everything went really well.

Called him at 12 noon on a Saturday to inquire about his service. I had sofas, china cabinet, porch swing, a table, bed frames, and other stuff amounting to basically about half a garage worth of stuff. He quoted me over the phone and said he could do the job same day and probably within an hour, which is awesome because same-day service is not common for haulers and even less so on a Saturday. I gave him the address and true to his word he showed up in about an hour. Very polite and professional, and he even lowered the quote after he saw what I had. He and his helper loaded everything up quickly and carefully and were done in under ten minutes. Now I can park a car in that garage! I consider this a very useful service here in California, because the waste management companies make it hard and very expensive for residential customers to bring stuff to the dump, and we all accumulate stuff over time and it can't all be crammed into a trash can or left out at the curb. If you want a really good rate and very responsive service, then I definitely recommend using John's over the other haulers. He is very competitive on price, availability and customer satisfaction.

I had a pleasure boat and trailer that was in disrepair and needed to go! I called several salvage and junk businesses in my area and could not find anyone who would take my boat. A large part of the problem was that the tires on the trailer were completely shot and had to be replaced before the boat could even be moved. Even though Mr. Othman's company didn't do this kind of clean-up job, he still contacted several friends and business associates in an effort to help me get this boat out of my drive way. He wasn't going to get the job or make any money for himself, he was just a really nice guy. He worked on it for several days and finally found someone who was willing to take it at no charge. By strange coincidence a neighbor of mine dropped by a few hours before Mr. Othman and his friend were due to arrive and decided to take the boat. So even though Mr. Othman did not do any junk haul work for me, i would still very highly recommend his company. Any business owner who would work that hard for no financial gain just to help someone out is a pretty rare and awesome guy in my book. I told Mr. Othman that people and businesses like his were the reason that I use Angie's List. And the reason his company is listed as a Super Provider is because he is a Super Guy. Responded quickly and made things very easy for me, I just left my doors in my driveway and they were picked up while I was at work

Exchanged a few emails with John about what I needed after taking advantage of a special he ran on the web site. He is quick to reply. I provided a few pictures of what I had to haul off and we agreed it was more than the special covered. We came to an agreement on the extra fee and set a date and time. They called in route as he said they would and they arrived right on time. They loaded their truck which was appropriate for the job and were done very quickly. These guys don't won't waste your time and John was careful to make sure he only took what I asked them to remove. I will use them again when I do my second clean out of the overhead. They were courteous and professional.

When he arrived he introduced himself and took inventory of what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and without a hitch. I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely call him again in the future.

I was very pleased with John's Clean-Up and Haul service. John and his assistant called me when they were on their way. They were prompt and very pleasant. They were careful about double checking with me to make sure certain items were to be removed or left in my garage. They also swept the area where they were working and left it neat and orderly. I would hire this company again and recommend them to my family and friends.

It went very well. John and his helper (sorry I can't remember his name) were extremely friendly and professional. They came in and began hauling things right away. Not an easy task as I live on the second floor so everything had to be brought downstairs. Through out the experience they were pleasant and helpful. Another benefit is they were quick. They finished the job in about 15 min. I highly recommend John's cleanup.

John and his helper worked like demons on a hot morning, removing all the junk I'd been wanting to get rid of for years. They left the area empty of everything except a few items I wanted to keep. Their charge for the work seemed very reasonable; certainly I would not have worked that hard for the money!

Joe was a very nice man along with his partner. very, very affordable. He cleaned all my back yard that was full of wood and carpet. they threw down my balcony so there was big pieces of wood and he cleaned everything up in less then 2 hrs. I would definitely give Joe another call of I have more trash.

John arrived on time with a helper and cheerfully took all the trash we wanted out of the house. It was a very hot day and they worked quickly to get the job done to our satisfaction. Even asking if there was any trash any place else on the property. We would work with him again if the need arose.
