John's Clean Up & Haul

John is wonderful and I am very happy with his service. We scheduled a time and he was here. I was worried because he was by himself and some of the items were very heavy, but they were no problem for John and his dolly. Excellent experience.

Perfect. He was very professional, courteous, efficient, and had excellent communication both in setting up the pickup and in letting me know that he would be slightly (only about 10 minutes) late due to traffic on the freeway.

John was AMAZING!!! We arrived on a Saturday at the house we needed to get cleaned out in just over a week. We didn't have a solid plan because we weren't sure what we were up against but it was clear as soon as we arrived that we were in desperate need of help. We called John on Sunday and he came that very same day with his good sized truck that he filled three times that day. He and his partner were friendly, good natured, funny, strong, fast and and very hard working. There is no way that we could have completed our task without him. We think of him as an artist/magician because we could never have done he did... We had him back again at the end of the week for one last load to haul away... Total lifesavers!!

John is extremely professional, technical, courteous and prompt. He returned all calls promptly. He arrived promptly, removed several large items quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up any mess. Will definitely recommend him to others and use him again.

I paid to have them pickup trash and haul it away based upon a "deal" offered by Angie's List. The website says they serve southern California. I live in Crestline, California in San Bernardino County. They refused to perform the service at my home and I had to go through a time consuming process to get my money refunded.

I was very impressed with John's Clean Up & Haul service. I contacted him and he was able to perform the service the next day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be cleaned up and he was able to give me a reasonable quote over the phone. He came on the time he designated and did a great job. Another hauling service that was contacted quoted more and never responded when sent pictures of what need to be hauled. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I am very pleased with their service.

John's responsiveness to my initial email was great. We scheduled the day and time for pick up of various large items in my backyard, including a basketball hoop that I initially forgot to tell him about. He called to let me know he was on the way, arrived a few minutes early, was very friendly. I showed him what needed to go and he and his helper picked everything up. I had about 10 bags of gravel from another project that I needed removed. I asked if he could just move a couple of them to another place and I would empty them as I couldn't lift them. They moved all the bags to two different locations so I could actually use the gravel, going far above what they contracted to do. I would definitely use John's service in the future.

I had a number of used metal equipment. They collected everything that I intended they haul off and loaded it into a truck and hauled it off for me. They were prompt, quick and worked hard to get the job done. John and one worker completed the job quickly and to my satisfaction. They did a good job.

I called John cleanup service at the last minute when I was too tired to keep packing stuff into my car. We were moving and we had gotten rid of a lot of things in our garage it was still had a large pile of trash and stuff to give away. I called the cleanup service desperate for help. They came right over and cleaned all the areas that was a big mess to me. I cannot believe how long it would've taken me if I had to have done it by myself. They were great and they were kind. I was also having car trouble and they offered to help them look at it to see if they can fix it. Just in AAA came up and they just went back to their cleanup. I so appreciated their service and their attitude. They made a frantic person calm.

John was great. Picked up a load of junk that was about the size of a truck load. John arrived at the agreed time, was helpful and made sure the area was clean.

John and his helper called before coming and arrived at the agreed upon time. They were friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. Within an hour they had cleaned and loaded broken patio furniture and plastic chairs, an old wheelbarrow, table, couch, freezer and an assortment of miscellaneous junk. How they were able to get it all in the truck was a miracle in itself! I will definitely us them again.
