We spoke on the phone to get his estimate and he was willing to come out on a Sunday, but I did not need to use his service.

John gave me an estimate on the morning of September 19th and by the early afternoon he was removing the fence posts and was done in a few hours. Each fence post was a metal pole encased in approximately 3-4 feet of concrete. The dirt around the concrete encasement was saturated with water, making it far more difficult to dig out than originally anticipated. John opted to rent a jack-hammer after hand-digging about 4 of the posts. John was not going to pass the cost of the jack-hammer on to me, however because of his professionalism and the reasonableness of his price I gladly paid him for the jack-hammer rental. I will definitely hire John again should the need for further work arise.

We were thrilled we could find someone who could come out the same day and haul away a bunch of trash that wouldn't fit in our trash cans and that we definitely didn't want to move with us! John's service is prompt and friendly. He calls back fast and gives accurate estimates over the phone. he will even bill you if you can not be onsite. he hauled away 6 years of college student trash for us (including but not limited to 1 fridge, 1 mattress that was in the support beams of the garage, 2 loveseats, patio furniture, old blinds, broken down fencing). he filled about a med sized moving truck's worth of stuff in about 1.5hours and even swept out the dust and leaves that had accumulated in the garage. i also used him a second time to get rid of a pool table. he broke it down and took it away for $50. i forgot to tell him about the old curtains next to the table and he agreed to drop by again when he was in the area and take it away free of charge. i highly recommend him.

Nice, polite person to work with. I called, set up an appointment and John and his worker came the next day. Cleaned out our garage and hauled away unwanted junk. We got a great price compared to what some of the larger national companies (eg. Got-junk.com) are charging. Would hire him again if I needed stuff hauled away. Only small issue was that they were 2 hours late and I had to call to make sure our appointment was still on.
